We are a fast-growing consumer goods business with five established brands, selling through online marketplaces across the UK and internationally. We launch new products at pace and are investing significantly in expanding our presence on TikTok Shop, Temu and other third-party marketplaces.
We are looking for a commercially minded UK Marketplace Manager to take ownership of these rapidly growing channels. The role will have a particular focus on accelerating sales, improving profitability and delivering excellent marketplace execution across TikTok Shop and Temu.About the Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with primary responsibility for managing and growing our TikTok Shop and Temu accounts.
You will oversee day-to-day channel performance, product launches, listings, promotions, pricing, advertising and account health. You will work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and Customer Service to maximise sales while maintaining healthy margins and strong operational standards.
You will also support other marketplaces—including eBay, Debenhams, B&Q Marketplace, The Range and Tesco Marketplace—as required, with opportunities to become involved in Amazon UK as the business grows.

• Take day-to-day ownership of our TikTok Shop and Temu accounts.

• Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans focused on revenue, profitability and market share.

• Identify products, bundles and offers with strong potential on each platform.

• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity and emerging commercial opportunities.

• Ensure the business responds quickly to new platform features, campaigns and promotional events.

• Build strong working relationships with marketplace account managers and platform contacts.TikTok Shop Management

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and campaign participation on TikTok Shop.

• Work closely with Marketing to coordinate product content, short-form video, livestreams, creator activity and affiliate campaigns.

• Support the recruitment, activation and performance management of TikTok Shop affiliates and creators.

• Analyse creator, content and product performance to identify opportunities for profitable growth.

• Monitor commissions, discounts, advertising costs and other promotional investment.

• Help develop a consistent testing programme covering content, offers, products and creators.Temu Management

• Manage the full Temu product catalogue, including onboarding, listing optimisation, pricing and promotions.

• Identify suitable products and ranges for Temu based on demand, margin, stock availability and competitive positioning.

• Maintain competitive pricing while protecting contribution margin.

• Participate in relevant Temu campaigns, seasonal events and promotional opportunities.

• Monitor product performance, competitor pricing, platform fees and stock requirements.

• Resolve listing, compliance, fulfilment and account-health issues quickly.Commercial Performance

• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong profitability across each marketplace.

• Develop and manage pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with margin protection.

• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal events and marketplace campaigns.

• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, advertising and profitability data.

• Produce weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.

• Recommend clear commercial actions based on performance trends and customer demand.Listings and Product Launches

• Launch new products across TikTok Shop, Temu and other assigned marketplaces.

• Optimise product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, videos and other content.

• Ensure product information is accurate, engaging, compliant and up to date.

• Resolve suppressed listings, content errors and other account issues.

• Maintain excellent account health and marketplace compliance.Advertising and Promotional Activity

• Plan, manage and optimise marketplace advertising where available.

• Track ROAS, customer acquisition costs and overall campaign profitability.

• Coordinate promotional calendars with the wider Marketing team.

• Test different products, audiences, offers and creative approaches.

• Use performance data to continually improve advertising efficiency.Stock and Operations

• Work with Purchasing to support demand forecasting and stock planning.

• Monitor stock availability and promotional requirements to minimise missed sales.

• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to maintain strong delivery and customer-service standards.

• Help resolve fulfilment, cancellation, return and customer-experience issues.

• Support the launch of additional marketplace channels as the business expands.Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience managing TikTok Shop, Temu or another fast-paced online marketplace.

• Strong interest in developing specialist knowledge of both TikTok Shop and Temu.

• A commercial mindset with a clear focus on sales growth, margin and profitability.

• Experience managing product listings, pricing, promotions and marketplace campaigns.

• Confidence interpreting sales, advertising and performance data.

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and data analysis.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across several departments.

• A proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and solving problems.Desirable Skills and Experience

• Direct experience managing both TikTok Shop and Temu.

• Experience with TikTok affiliates, creators, livestream shopping or short-form commerce content.

• Experience managing Temu promotions, pricing and catalogue performance.

• Experience with eBay, Debenhams, B&Q Marketplace, The Range, Tesco Marketplace, OnBuy or similar platforms.

• Experience using Mirakl marketplace platforms.

• Experience using TradePeg or similar marketplace management software.

• Knowledge of inventory forecasting and stock planning.

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.

• Understanding of marketplace SEO, listing optimisation and conversion-rate improvement.What We Offer
