Scope of the Role
The TikTok Shop Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and growth of the Company's TikTok Shop business. This role owns the channel end-to-end, including storefront and catalog management, product assortment, creator and affiliate programs, TikTok LIVE, promotions, paid amplification, and performance reporting. The TikTok Shop Manager is accountable for driving GMV, profitability, and the overall success of the TikTok Shop channel, leveraging strong e-commerce and analytical expertise, along with a deep understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and consumer trends, to identify opportunities that drive growth and performance.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly plans across GMV, profitability, customer acquisition, and brand growth; translate goals into product, creator, content, LIVE, promotional, and paid media priorities.
- Own channel forecasts and performance against GMV, margin, conversion, average order value, and ROI; diagnose gaps and test assortment, pricing, commissions, promotions, content formats, livestreams, and paid amplification.
- Manage the storefront, listings, imagery, descriptions, pricing, promotions, bundles, and categorization; partner with Category Management and Product Development on assortment and priorities.
- Build launch calendars aligned with go-to-market plans and inventory; coordinate with Sales Planning and Channel Operations on warehouse arrivals, fulfillment readiness and out-of-stock risks. Monitor shop health, compliance, ratings, cancellations, returns, and customer experience with Channel Operations and Customer Service.
- Build and scale open, targeted, and direct creator collaborations; recruit, onboard, segment, and activate creators based on category fit, audience relevance, content quality, and sales potential.
- Set commission structures and incentives, and lead the creator sample program from approval criteria and product allocation through sample-to-content, and sample-to-sale performance.
- Create actionable briefs, launch updates, trend inspiration, and performance feedback. Deepen relationships with top affiliates to grow content volume and GMV.
- Monitor TikTok for emerging trends, hooks, formats, and creators, and identify winning organic, branded, and affiliate content for amplification through Spark Ads, Video Shopping Ads, GMV Max, and other TikTok solutions in partnership with Media and agency teams.
- Lead the TikTok LIVE strategy, including programming cadence, product selection, promotions, hosts, scripts, run-of-show plans, production standards, and testing to improve GMV per hour, retention, engagement, click-through, conversion, and average order value.
- Build dashboards and deliver weekly and monthly reporting across channel, product, creator, content, affiliate, LIVE, and paid performance. Use data to prioritize investment and corrective action.
- Communicate results, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Manage agencies and vendors, and partner across Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Category Management, Sales Planning, Channel Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Required Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, marketplace management, or digital growth.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running or materially contributing to a TikTok Shop business.
- Demonstrated success growing GMV through creator affiliates, content, merchandising, promotions, livestream commerce, or paid amplification.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Spark Ads, and GMV Max or comparable tools.
- Experience managing storefront operations, assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory, and a P&L-style view of GMV, margin, conversion, AOV, commissions, paid media, and creator ROI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with deep understanding of TikTok culture, creator behavior, platform-native storytelling, and conversion drivers.
- Experience managing direct reports, agencies, vendors, livestream partners, or creator platforms in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with consumer products, home, outdoor living, toys, seasonal products, large catalogs, or another broad-assortment retail business preferred.
- Familiarity with creator and affiliate platforms such as Euka, Trybe, Shoplus, GRIN, Aspire, Discord, Sprout Social, Impact, or comparable tools preferred.
- Experience as a TikTok creator, affiliate, livestream host, or content producer, with an ability to identify and commercialize emerging trends preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $90k-$120k USD annually. You will also be eligible to participate in BCP’s benefits and bonus programs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience.
