Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and camera-ready TikTok LIVE Host to be the face and voice of our brand. In this role, you will lead engaging, real-time broadcasts to drive audience interaction, foster community, and increase live-stream conversions and product sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Host Live Broadcasts: Conduct structured, high-energy TikTok LIVE streams .
- Product Demonstration & Sales: Present features, benefits, and promotions in a natural, compelling, and conversational style to drive TikTok Shop sales.
- Audience Engagement: Actively interact with live viewers, respond to comments and questions, manage chat dynamics, and build brand loyalty.
- Content & Script Preparation: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to outline live-stream hooks, talking points, run-of-shows, and promotional offers.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key live-stream metrics (viewer retention, peak concurrent viewers, conversion rate, GMV) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Brand Representation: Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all live streams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Camera Confidence: Proven experience as a live-stream host, content creator, TV presenter, actor, or public speaker.
- TikTok Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, algorithm nuances, and features (TikTok Shop, LIVE features, pin links).
- Sales & Influence: Ability to pitch products persuasively without sounding overly transactional.
- Stamina & Adaptability: High energy levels to sustain engaging broadcasts for 2+ hours at a time, with strong real-time troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, quick thinking, and dynamic improvisational skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends based on peak viewing times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hosting on TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Whatnot, or traditional shopping networks (QVC/HSN).
- Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sales.
- Not required but an additional plus if you have experience promoting probiotics
