We're Hiring: TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager

Are you a TikTok Shop expert who knows how to turn creators, affiliates and LIVE shopping into real sales?
We're looking for a commercially driven TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager to take ownership of our TikTok Shop growth within the health and wellness sector.
This isn't a traditional social media or content creation role. We're looking for someone who understands how to drive GMV, build a high-performing affiliate network and generate sales through TikTok LIVE.
What you'll be doing
- TikTok Shop Growth: Own and optimise our TikTok Shop, driving GMV, orders, conversions and overall sales performance.
- Affiliate Management: Recruit, onboard and manage TikTok Shop affiliates, building strong creator relationships that deliver consistent revenue.
- TikTok LIVE: Plan, manage and optimise LIVE shopping sessions, working with hosts and creators to maximise sales.
- Commercial Strategy: Identify winning products, promotions, commission incentives and opportunities to scale revenue.
- Performance Analysis: Track GMV, affiliate sales, conversion rates and LIVE performance, using insights to continuously improve results.
- Content Support: Coordinate shoppable videos, product demonstrations and creator content to support sales activity.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing and growing a TikTok Shop, ideally for an ecommerce or consumer brand.
- Demonstrable success generating GMV and sales through TikTok Shop.
- Hands-on experience recruiting and managing TikTok Shop affiliates.
- Experience organising and optimising TikTok LIVE shopping sessions.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate programmes and ecommerce performance metrics.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver measurable growth.
Experience in health, wellness, beauty or consumer products would be an advantage.
