We're looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to own and elevate our online store (Shopify, flaneur.eu) and turn it into a world-class direct-to-consumer experience.
What you'll do
- Work together with our Ecommerce Lead in day-to-day management of our Shopify store: product uploads, collection pages, merchandising, navigation and site performance.
- Plan and execute online launches, drops and collection releases end-to-end, from preparation to go-live.
- Improve conversion across the funnel — product pages, checkout, mobile experience, site speed and on-site search.
- Build and optimise retention and lifecycle flows (email/SMS), working closely with marketing to grow customer lifetime value.
- Analyse performance using analytics and reporting: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sell-through and channel contribution — and translate data into action.
- Manage product data, pricing, stock visibility and seasonal planning together with our operations and production teams.
- Strengthen the editorial quality of the site so every collection page feels like an extension of the brand world, not just a catalogue.
- Help build customer data ownership and a stronger DTC strategy that reduces dependency on wholesale and third parties.
What you bring
- Hands-on ecommerce experience. Worked with minimum of 1 million a month stores.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (themes, apps, product structure, analytics).
- A sharp commercial mindset: you think in conversion, margin, sell-through and lifetime value.
- A strong eye for detail and brand aesthetics — you understand that how something is presented matters as much as the numbers.
- Experience with email/CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) and web analytics tools.
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable owning projects from concept to execution.
- Affinity with fashion, music and culture is a strong plus.
