TOM FORD is seeking a creatively driven and highly organized social media professional to support the Global Social Media team across strategy, content development, execution, and performance analysis.
This role is designed for someone with a strong understanding of how luxury brands show up across social platforms and how creative ideas translate across formats including still imagery, short-form video, editorial storytelling, platform-native content, and social-first production.
The Senior Associate will report directly to the Director, Social Media and will support TOM FORD social media channels across fashion, beauty, and eyewear. They will play a key role in helping shape social concepts, manage content calendars, coordinate assets and approvals, and support reporting.
This person should be culturally aware, visually fluent, highly organized, and energized by the pace of social media. They should bring a strong creative point of view while also understanding the operational rigor required to manage global luxury channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of TOM FORD Global social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as emerging platforms.
- Partner with the Director, Social Media to help concept social-first content ideas across stills, video, short-form formats, editorial storytelling, platform-native moments, and campaign extensions.
- Support the development and management of global social content calendars, ensuring timely execution across key launches, campaigns, runway moments, cultural moments, evergreen storytelling, and regional priorities.
- Help translate brand, campaign, and product priorities into compelling social storytelling that feels elevated, modern, and native to each platform.
- Partner closely with Creative, Production, and regional teams to ensure accurate and timely asset availability, approvals, scheduling, and posting.
- Support social production needs, including content briefing, shot list development, asset organization, talent/product coordination, production timelines, and post-production tracking as needed.
- Maintain strong organization across social assets, calendars, copy, approvals, links, reports, and cross-functional requests.
- Identify creative and platform trends across luxury, beauty, fashion, culture, and social media, with a focus on how they may inform TOM FORD content in a brand-appropriate way.
- Analyze social media performance and creative effectiveness, identifying what is driving reach, engagement, saves, shares, views, completion, and overall resonance.
- Help prepare social performance reports for leadership, including clear takeaways on creative performance, platform behavior, competitive insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support a variety of cross-functional initiatives to ensure the global brand is supplying tools, content, and insights that meet both global and local business needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital and social media.
- Well⁃grounded in marketing metrics and analytics. Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Possesses the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of cross⁃functional and affiliate team members.
- Demonstrated ownership of programs, embraces big picture objectives and follows⁃through on details.
- Must possess pro⁃active critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations and solutions.
