YOUR TEAM

You'll join NAME IT's Marketing team, where we create content and campaigns for NAME IT, Lil' Atelier and LMTD. In this role, your primary focus will be Lil' Atelier, while you'll also support selected social media activities for LMTD.

Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Design and E-commerce, you'll help bring collections to life across our digital channels. Together, we make sure every campaign, launch and piece of content reflects the identity of each brand.

YOUR JOB

Every collection tells a story. Your role is to make sure that story continues across our social media channels.

Working closely with our Design team, you'll plan, coordinate and publish content that reflects the look, feel and identity of Lil' Atelier. While Lil' Atelier will be your primary focus, you'll also support selected social media activities for LMTD, contributing to two brands with distinct identities and audiences.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with coordination. You'll collaborate across teams, keep projects moving, and make sure every collection is brought to life through content that's inspiring, consistent and true to each brand.

More specifically, you'll:

Plan, coordinate and publish social media content for Lil' Atelier, while supporting selected activities for LMTD.
Help bring new collections to life through inspiring digital storytelling.
Maintain and coordinate the content calendar across markets.
Collaborate closely with Design, E-commerce and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand experience.
Coordinate influencer collaborations and selected PR activities.
Ensure a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across platforms.
Monitor and report on key social media KPIs, using insights from both organic and paid performance to continuously improve our content.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a strong visual eye and an instinct for what makes a brand feel consistent and authentic. You're organised, proactive and enjoy working across teams to turn ideas into content that feels relevant for the audience and true to the Lil' Atelier universe.

We're also looking for someone who:

Has experience working with social media, content coordination or digital marketing.
Has an interest in fashion, lifestyle or design.
Understands today's social media landscape and knows how to adapt trends to fit a brand.
Enjoys planning, coordinating and making things happen.
Has an understanding of paid social and is comfortable working with performance data and social media KPIs.
Speaks and writes English fluently.
