Social Media Executive Iberia (hybrid)

This role combines the management of La Redoute’s social media activity across Iberia (Spain and Portugal) with the development of influencer marketing initiatives in Spain.
What will you do?
Iberia Social Media Strategy & Content
- Own and develop the Iberia social media content calendar across Spain and Portugal, aligning with global campaigns, commercial priorities, product launches and key local moments, while creating and adapting content relevant to the Iberian market.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of social media activity across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms, including publishing, community management and content planning for Spain and Portugal.
- Write engaging and brand-consistent copy that reflects La Redoute tone of voice across all social media channels.
Iberia Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor, analyse and report on social media and content performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise engagement, reach, follower growth and overall platform performance.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes and best practices to continuously evolve content strategies and maximise performance.
Global Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Global Social Media team to ensure local content aligns with global campaigns, brand guidelines and wider marketing objectives, while adapting global assets to local market needs.
Spain Influencer, PR & Brand Activations
- Lead the Spain influencer programme and support PR initiatives, brand activations and strategic partnerships, managing relationships with influencers, agencies and key external stakeholders.
- Support the organisation and execution of brand events, press days, influencer activations and showroom activities, creating and capturing content before, during and after each event.
Who are you?
- 2/3+ years of experience in social media management & content creation.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content.
- Very good knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including backend reporting.
- Experience working in house for a retail, fashion or beauty role.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Capcut, Canva and Final Cut Pro would be a plus.
- Creative ideation experience across all social channels.
- Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
- Experience in a fast-paced, trend driven environment.
- Highly organised with a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for detail.
- A great communicator with the confidence to lead, ideate, execute content solo.
