ABOUT ÉSLUMIÈRE

ÉSLUMIÈRE is a multi-brand luxury fashion e-tailer for the modern, global woman: a curated digital boutique of bags, jewelry, clothing, accessories, and shoes, alongside Biatriz Studio, our editorial extension and home of the founder’s own creations.
For most people, our digital channels are the first, and sometimes only, encounter they have with the brand. We don’t treat that lightly. Every post, caption, ad, and search result must feel like ÉSLUMIÈRE: sophisticated yet approachable, confident without ever being boastful, and always emotionally resonant.

THE ROLE
We are preparing to launch, and we’re hiring one person to make ÉSLUMIÈRE impossible to miss. This role is open only to candidates with a background in luxury fashion retail.
As Social Media & Digital Growth Manager, you will own the brand’s entire digital presence, from organic social to SEO to paid acquisition. Your mission is to take our website from launch to visibility, and from visibility to revenue.
This is not a scheduling role. You will set the strategy, brief the shoots, write the captions yourself, build and optimize the campaigns, and be personally accountable for how the brand looks, sounds, ranks, and performs everywhere it appears. You know instantly whether a photo, caption, ad, or landing page is on brand, and you can explain why when it isn’t.
You will work strictly within the ÉSLUMIÈRE Brand Book and Social Media Strategy. These are the foundation of everything you create, publish, and promote, and every piece of content, ad, and campaign must respect them without exception.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Organic social

• Instagram (primary channel): feed aesthetic, Reels, Stories, and Highlights, including the ÉSLUMIÈRE × Biatriz Studio editorial extension. Run to our house style: muted tones, editorial photography, and a tone of voice that never breaks character.
• TikTok: fashion-forward short-form video that translates our quiet-luxury identity into a fast, native format without losing the brand.
• Pinterest: a moodboard-led discovery strategy (texture, styling, architecture, editorial imagery) that drives qualified traffic to the site.
• Facebook & Meta Business Suite: community management and cross-platform reporting from a single content and insights hub.
• LinkedIn: company presence and employer brand, in a different register from our consumer channels.
• X and YouTube: brand presence, long-form editorial video, and campaign amplification.

Website launch & search visibility

• Lead the go-to-market digital plan for the website launch: visibility from day one, not month six.
• Own SEO end to end: keyword strategy for luxury fashion search, on-page optimization, product and collection page copy, technical SEO basics, site structure, and link-building through editorial and press partnerships.
• Build visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity), so ÉSLUMIÈRE appears when people ask about luxury fashion.
• Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Merchant Center, with clean tracking across the full funnel.

Paid acquisition

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
• Run paid social across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, including retargeting and catalog campaigns.
• Use AI-driven advertising tools (Meta Advantage+, Performance Max, AI creative testing and audience modeling) intelligently, without letting automation dilute the brand.
• Own budgets, ROAS, CAC, and conversion targets, and report on them with clarity.

Partnerships & brand guardianship

• Influencer & creator partnerships: briefing, managing, and reporting on collaborations, from micro-influencer seeding to full editorial partnerships, with the judgment to decline the ones that “almost” sound like us.
• Brand guardianship: ensuring that agencies, creators, photographers, and partners also follow the Brand Book and Social Media Strategy in everything they produce for ÉSLUMIÈRE.

WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)

• A background in luxury fashion retail. This is non-negotiable. You have worked in-house or agency-side for a luxury or premium fashion house, a luxury multi-brand e-tailer or department store, or a luxury fashion brand’s digital team. You have personally created and managed social and digital content for that brand. You already understand why quiet luxury looks, reads, and sells differently from mass market. Experience limited to mass-market fashion, general marketplaces, beauty, hospitality, or non-fashion e-commerce does not meet this requirement. We will not teach this here.

• Strict adherence to the brand’s guidelines. You will follow the ÉSLUMIÈRE Brand Book and Social Media Strategy across every channel, format, and market: visual identity, tone of voice, photography style, and brand values. Creativity is expected, but always within the brand’s framework, never outside it.

• Hands-on SEO and paid media experience, with demonstrable results: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and AI-powered ad platforms. You can show us campaigns you built and the numbers they delivered.

• Experience launching or scaling a website or e-commerce brand, driving traffic and conversions from a standing start.

• Equally strong as a writer and a visual editor. You write captions and product copy that sound like the brand, and you have a sharp eye for editorial photography, styling, and luxury visual storytelling.

• Fluent in English, written and spoken. You’ll write and review copy directly in English, not route it through translation tools.

• Real experience running Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn. Your experience on each must be genuine and demonstrable.

• Data-driven ownership of growth, engagement, traffic, and conversion KPIs. You adjust strategy based on what the data says, not just what looks good.

NICE TO HAVE

• French, Italian, or Portuguese. Portuguese is a plus because a meaningful share of our audience is in Brazil and Portugal, but it is not required.
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC retail strategy.
• Existing relationships with fashion stylists, photographers, editors, or micro-influencers.
• Familiarity with Shopify content, listing, and SEO workflows.
• Experience with email/CRM marketing (Klaviyo or similar).
