We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Lead to join our team. You’ll be responsible for shaping and driving our social media presence across channels, from strategy and content planning to execution, community building and daily management.

BRING OUR BRANDS TO LIFE ON SOCIAL
Working closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and Head of Creative, you will help shape our social media strategy and turn brand ambitions into creative content that drives engagement and brand desire. With a keen sense of trends and culture, you know how to spot opportunities and combine creative instinct with data and audience insights to strengthen our social media presence.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Co-develop our social media strategy with the Brand Marketing Manager and Head of Creative, taking responsibility for its execution and ongoing development
- Turn brand strategies and creative ideas into distinctive social concepts and content that capture attention and strengthen our brand identity
- Think 360 and connect social media with campaigns, creators, PR, activations and retail to create a consistent brand experience
- Lead daily social media activities, from content planning and publishing to channel development and community engagement
- Challenge existing ideas, spot cultural trends and explore new creative opportunities that keep our brands relevant
- Analyse content and channel performance, using data and audience insights to optimise activities and strengthen our social media strategy

YOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about social media and naturally curious about what is happening across platforms, culture and communities. You have a creative mindset, a strong point of view and an instinct for what makes people stop, engage and connect with a brand. You combine creative thinking with an analytical mindset and know how to analyse performance, understand audience behaviour and turn insights into action. We imagine that you:
- Have 3+ years of experience within social media, content or digital brand marketing, preferably from fashion, lifestyle or another creative industry
- Have experience developing creative concepts and translating brand strategies into engaging content
- Understand what drives engagement and builds strong communities across social platforms
- Have experience working with performance data and audience insights to improve content and strategy
- Work independently, take responsibility and thrive in collaboration across creative and commercial teams
- Are able to work at both a strategic and hands-on level
