We’re looking for someone who is genuinely obsessed with content, fashion and social media growth. Not someone who simply posts content.
We want someone who understands how to create it, edit it, grow it and measure it.
Someone who can look at a piece of raw footage and understand how to turn it into content people stop for, watch, share and engage with.
CREATIVE
You should be highly capable in:
• Short-form video editing
• Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts
• Photography & content creation
• Hooks and storytelling
• Pacing, music and transitions
• Visual direction
• Luxury/fashion aesthetics
• Turning raw footage into high-performing social content
GROWTH
This part is equally important.
You need to understand:
• Social media algorithms
• Audience psychology
• Retention & watch time
• Views & reach
• Engagement rates
• Shares, saves & comments
• Hooks & drop-off points
• Organic growth
• Content testing
• Analytics & performance
• Why one piece of content gets 5K views and another gets 500K+
We don’t just want to see beautiful content.
We want to see performance.

We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table, understands culture and trends, has exceptional visual taste and can back their creative decisions with data and results.

This opportunity is Madrid-based and requires availability to work with us in person, five days a week if the collaboration progresses.
