We’re looking for a TikTok Shop & Paid Social Manager to drive growth across an exciting portfolio of beauty brands.
This is a hands-on performance role sitting at the intersection of TikTok Shop, paid social, creators and social commerce. You’ll be responsible for turning engaging social content into measurable commercial growth, managing both TikTok Shop performance and paid campaigns across key social platforms.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing TikTok Shop across multiple beauty brands
- Planning, launching and optimising paid social campaigns, particularly across TikTok and Meta
- Managing campaign budgets against ROAS, CPA and revenue targets
- Developing social commerce strategies that connect paid media, organic content, creators and commerce
- Recruiting and managing TikTok creators and affiliates
- Managing product seeding, affiliate commissions and creator incentives
- Identifying high-performing organic and creator content to scale through paid media
- Managing TikTok Shop Ads and paid amplification of creator content
- Planning campaigns around product launches, promotions and key trading periods
- Supporting TikTok LIVE Shopping and shoppable content strategies
- Testing audiences, creative, messaging, products and offers to improve performance
- Monitoring GMV, ROAS, CPA, conversion, AOV and wider commercial KPIs
- Working closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-led social assets
- Producing regular reporting and translating performance data into clear actions
- Staying ahead of developments across TikTok, Meta, social commerce and paid social
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop
- Experience managing paid social campaigns across TikTok and/or Meta
- A strong understanding of social commerce and performance marketing
- Experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness or consumer brands
- Experience working with creators, influencers and affiliate programmes
- Confidence managing and optimising paid media budgets
- Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, conversion and other performance metrics
- A good eye for creative and an understanding of what makes social content convert
- A commercial, test-and-learn mindset
- The ability to work at pace across multiple brands and campaigns
