We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially driven Social Commerce Executive to support the growth of our TikTok Shop business across the UK.
Working within our DTC Trading team and reporting to the UK Social Commerce Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day management of TikTok Shop for the Spectrum Brands portfolio, supporting live shopping, affiliate relationships, creator coordination, campaign execution and platform administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about TikTok, creators, social commerce and e-commerce, and wants to build their experience in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day running and growth of our TikTok Shop activity, working closely with internal teams, partner agencies, creators and affiliates to deliver campaigns and drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- TikTok Shop & Content Support – Support the day-to-day management of the TikTok Shop storefront, including product uploads, descriptions, imagery, promotional pricing and ensuring product pages remain accurate and up to date.
- Campaign Support – Coordinate promotional activity including vouchers, flash sales and campaign launches, helping to ensure activity is delivered accurately and on time.
- Trend & Performance Monitoring – Monitor TikTok trends and identify opportunities for reactive social commerce activity, while supporting platform performance reporting and analysis.
- Live Shopping – Take ownership of the planning and coordination of TikTok Live Shopping events with our partner agency, supporting live calendars, product selection, promotional mechanics and creator coordination.
- Live Performance – Track live shopping performance and support post-live reporting, helping to identify opportunities to improve future activity.
- Affiliate Management – Support affiliate communication, optimisation and relationship building to help drive sales and performance through the TikTok affiliate channel.
- Creator Coordination – Support creator outreach and campaign coordination, building relationships with creators and managing product seeding, sample requests and ongoing communications.
- Campaign Tracking – Monitor affiliate activity, content delivery and campaign performance, ensuring key activity and results are accurately tracked.
About you
You’ll ideally have:
- 6–12 months’ experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media or e-commerce (internships included).
- A genuine passion for TikTok, with a strong understanding of creators, content trends and the platform's features.
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns and timelines.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with creators, agencies and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms would be advantageous.
- Experience using spreadsheets and reporting tools to track campaign activity and results.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a similar field.
Previous experience working with social media, creators or in a live-streaming environment - whether behind the scenes, as a viewer or as a host - would be advantageous. Familiarity with the TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate tools or campaign management platforms would also be beneficial, alongside a genuine interest in e-commerce, brand building and performance marketing.
