Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.
In this role, you will:
- Partner Acquisition & Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams.
- Strategic Negotiations: Structure and close competitive CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals that align with company ROI targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and incentives to scale.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze traffic data to maximize ROI, ensuring high-quality player acquisition and long-term value.
- Quality Control: Proactively monitor traffic quality, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols.
- Ecosystem Integration: Work closely with BI, CRM, and Product teams to improve conversion funnels and player retention.
- GEO Expansion: Rapidly scale SEO traffic across key target regions, including DACH, CA, IT, SG, MY, PH, TR, Morocco, and the UK.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of "boots-on-the-ground" experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.
- The Network: You must bring an existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.
- GEO Expertise: Proven success in navigating diverse markets, from the strict regulations of the UK/Italy to the high-growth landscapes of Southeast Asia (SG, MY, PH) and LATAM/MENA.
- Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of SEO metrics and the ability to use tracking platforms/analytics tools to evaluate traffic health.
- Deal Making: Expert-level negotiation skills with a focus on win-win partnership structures.
- Languages: English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment where speed and precision are key.
