Yabie is a merchant software company, live in across 15 European markets. We grow through two channels: directly with SMB merchants in Sweden, and partner-first across Europe, alongside PSPs, acquirers and banks. Marketing has a clear job in both: turn activity into new customers, and give our partners what they need to win merchants.
Over the past year we rebuilt the funnel and proved what works.Year-over-year, marketing delivered more customers and a higher lead-to-customer conversion rate. Now we're building the team that scales it.
This role owns growth in our Direct Channel, builds our partner marketing and helps shape how we bring product and packaging to market. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Partnerships, Sales and Product.
The core of the job
- Direct Channel growth. Own the path from first click to signed customer for Swedish SMB merchants. You run marketing automation in HubSpot, set campaign direction with our paid media agency, own conversion on the website, run the customer referral programme and report on what marketing actually delivers.
- Partner Marketing. Turn partnerships into pipelines. You run ABM toward our target accounts, build launch and enablement kits for partners and create co-marketing campaigns and partner case studies.
- Product Marketing. Together with Product and Operations, you turn releases and packaging into positioning, sales material and campaigns for both merchants and partners.
What you'll spend your time on
Direct Channel
- HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages and nurture sequences across verticals
- Campaign briefs and budget reallocation with our paid media agency, judged on cost per customer, not cost per lead
- Campaign calendar and lead routing together with Sales
- Conversion and tracking on our new website: GA4, GTM and UTM governance
- SEO and AEO for priority terms, so Yabie shows up in relevant search and answers
- Monthly performance reporting
Partner Marketing
- ABM programme with supporting activities for our partner target accounts
- Partner launch kits, co-marketing campaigns and case studies
- Partner nurture journeys and partner-facing content on yabie.com
- LinkedIn as a channel for partner audiences
Product Marketing
- Launch communication for new features and packaging
- Positioning and messaging per segment and per channel
- Sales and partner enablement: one-pagers, decks and demo stories
We're a lean team that works from the business objectives through to execution, with agencies supporting production and paid media. Every month we run new experiments and automate a recurring task, and we're looking for someone who wants to work the same way.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- 4–7 years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership of growth or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, fintech or payments
- HubSpot builder: you've built workflows, scoring and sequences that drove measurable results
- GA4 and GTM proficiency
- Experience marketing through partners, channels or to B2B decision-makers
- You can write positioning and sales material that holds up in front of a partner
- Fluent in funnel math and A/B testing
- Fluent Swedish and English
Strong signals:
- You've run marketing toward two audiences at once
- You're comfortable owning an area independently for longer periods
- You know SMB merchants in retail, hospitality or services
- You build systems that scale output without scaling headcount
What the right person looks like: You see the gaps in the plumbing and fix them, and you can also explain to an acquirer why Yabie makes their merchant offer stronger. You care about what converts, you've built something from scratch before, and you want a role where the impact is immediate and visible.
