Your Next Role
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded and highly organized Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce to lead and scale our creator marketing capability.
You will own creator strategy and implementation for two women's health brands: one addressing symptoms and root causes, and another supporting lifestyle habits and nutritional gaps.

Leading two associates who execute our seeding program, you will build a reliable community of creator partners that expands our organic presence, generates valuable content, supports paid media and drives TikTok Shop sales.

This is a hands-on management role. You will set the strategy and targets, develop the team, improve our systems and remain directly involved in high-value partnerships and campaign decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong creator marketing instincts with operational discipline, commercial judgment and an understanding of how creator content becomes effective paid advertising.

What You'll Do

Own the Creator Strategy Across Both Brands

Lead two distinct motions: an established seeding program producing content at volume and a new TikTok Shop affiliate program built for direct sales.
Manage an intentionally asymmetric scope. Seeding covers 4 flagship SKUs today and will expand to all 6 as agentic workflows increase capacity; TikTok Shop initially focuses on 2 products under one brand.
Build creator-driven demand that produces measurable effects across branded search, Amazon and Shopify sales, organic channels and paid media.
Determine the right mix of healthcare professionals and content creators for each campaign.
Set targets across outreach, approvals, content delivery, cost efficiency and commercial performance while monitoring creator pricing and platform trends.
Deploy AI workflows for creator qualification, personalized outreach, content tagging and rights tracking, with measurable gains in team capacity.

Lead and Develop the Team

Lead two associates who own day-to-day seeding operations, including outreach, follow-ups, creator communication, fulfilment coordination and administration.
Consult with creative leads, sharpen briefs, run creative tests and maintain content quality, while focusing most of your own attention on TikTok and affiliates.
Establish clear processes and expectations for accurate execution at high volume, and coach each associate to improve their judgment and output.

Build a Scalable Creator Pipeline

Source creators through direct outreach, the TikTok Shop affiliate marketplace and the network of our TikTok consultant. Convert that network into signed, producing partnerships.
Sustain hundreds of pieces of creator content per month through seeding while building a separate affiliate creator pipeline for TikTok Shop.
Evaluate creators based on audience fit, content quality, credibility, pricing and commercial potential—not follower count alone.
Focus on micro- and mid-sized creators while selectively engaging larger influencers when commercially justified.
Design tailored outreach for a competitive market where larger brands may offer significantly higher fees.

Build the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program

Own the program for 2 products under one brand, from creator recruitment and sample logistics to commission structures and GMV performance.
Manage commission tiers, targeted invitations and performance arrangements, deciding where flat-fee, commission-only or hybrid structures make sense.
Be accountable for affiliate GMV and its unit economics, including cost per acquired affiliate, sample cost per producing creator and blended commission rate.
Identify the affiliates driving most GMV and develop repeat or exclusive arrangements with them.
Partner with the TikTok Affiliate Creative Strategist, who owns research, concepts and briefs; you own creator supply, commercial terms, relationships and program performance.

Own Campaigns, Relationships and Compliance

Oversee creator partnerships from outreach and qualification through contracting, product delivery, content production, payment and performance review.
Provide clear briefs, expectations and feedback while turning effective creators into long-term brand advocates.
Maintain an engaged creator community through updates, challenges, educational content and brand communication.
Own claims compliance across seeding, affiliate and organic content. Maintain practical do-say/don't-say guidance that works at scale.
Ensure FTC material-connection disclosures and platform-specific policies are followed, recognizing that TikTok Shop and Meta enforce supplement claims differently.

Turn Creator Content into Growth Assets

Secure usage rights and TikTok ad authorization, including Spark Ad codes, when partnerships are agreed—not retroactively.
Build a clear process to review, categorize and distribute creator-generated content.
Work with Paid Media, Creative and Marketplace to route content to its highest-value use across paid social, marketplace listings, email and brand channels.
Feed organic and paid performance learnings back into creator briefs to generate stronger, more testable content.
Supply brand-owned social channels with approved creator content; publishing and community management remain with a separate role.

Own Tools, Partners and Operations

Manage the TikTok consultant and content agencies across scope, quality and cost, including decisions about when to bring capabilities in-house.
Own the influencer marketing stack. Assess whether SARAL, Modash, Lefty or another solution best supports discovery, outreach, relationship management and reporting at our scale.
Partner with Supply and Operations on timely product shipments and oversee accurate creator invoicing and payments.
Identify bottlenecks and introduce scalable automation, workflows and documentation.

Measure and Improve Performance

Be measured primarily on TikTok Shop affiliate GMV, cost per usable content asset, creator-attributable branded search and marketplace lift, and content throughput against quality standards.
Manage a defined creator and sampling budget, with authority to reallocate between seeding and affiliate programs based on returns.
Track the wider health of the program through outreach volume, response and approval rates, creator acquisition costs, content delivery, reach, engagement, conversions and ROI.
Provide clear weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the Growth team and company leadership.
Analyze performance by creator profile, product, platform, partnership structure, outreach message and content format.
Maintain a structured testing roadmap across messaging, incentives, creator segments and creative approaches.

What You Bring
Required

5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or creator affiliate marketing, including ownership of at least one end-to-end program with commercial accountability.
Hands-on experience running TikTok Shop or a comparable creator affiliate program, with personal accountability for GMV or revenue.
DTC or e-commerce experience in health and wellness, beauty or another regulated consumer category.
Experience managing or mentoring people, with evidence that you improved their output.
Experience managing agencies, consultants or vendors across scope, quality and cost.
Experience negotiating flat-fee, performance-based and hybrid partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and a record of using campaign data to change decisions, not only report results.
Evidence of an AI or automation workflow you deployed that measurably increased throughput. Be ready to explain how it worked and what it saved.
Strongly preferred
Experience owning brand organic social channels and understanding how owned and creator content reinforce each other.
Working knowledge of FTC material-connection disclosure and platform claim policies in a regulated category.
Experience repurposing creator content into performance advertising and securing ad authorization during partnership negotiations.
Hands-on experience with SARAL, Modash, Lefty or a comparable influencer marketing platform.
Experience running creator programs across multiple brands or product categories.
Experience partnering with healthcare professionals or subject-matter experts.
Understanding of paid social creative testing and direct-response fundamentals
