Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce based in Germany.

As a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce, you will lead and scale creator marketing across two women’s health brands.

You will own the end-to-end creator strategy, from acquisition and partnerships through content production, affiliate programs, and performance optimization.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong commercial judgment and operational discipline.

You will lead a team, build scalable systems, and develop a high-quality creator community capable of generating valuable content and measurable revenue.

A major focus will be building and scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate program while continuing to optimize an established creator seeding operation.

You will work closely with Paid Media, Creative, Supply, E-commerce, and other teams to turn creator content into meaningful growth assets.

Success will be measured through commercial outcomes, content efficiency, creator performance, and the ability to build a scalable, data-driven creator ecosystem.

Accountabilities

• Own the creator strategy across two women’s health brands, balancing an established seeding program with a new TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Define measurable targets across creator outreach, response rates, approvals, content delivery, acquisition costs, content quality, and campaign performance.
• Build creator-driven demand that contributes to branded search, Amazon and Shopify sales, paid media performance, and a scalable content library.
• Identify and develop the right mix of healthcare professionals, micro-creators, mid-sized creators, and selectively larger influencers based on commercial value.
• Monitor competitor activity, creator pricing, platform developments, and emerging social commerce trends to maintain a competitive approach.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows for creator qualification, personalized outreach, content tagging, rights management, and operational efficiency, with measurable improvements in team capacity.
• Lead and develop a team of two associates responsible for day-to-day creator seeding operations, outreach, follow-ups, communication, fulfilment, and administration.
• Establish clear processes, operating rhythms, quality standards, and accountability systems that allow high-volume creator activity to run efficiently.
• Build scalable creator acquisition pipelines through direct outreach, TikTok Shop's affiliate marketplace, and existing creator networks.
• Sustain high-volume creator content production while establishing a separate and scalable affiliate pipeline for TikTok Shop.
• Own the TikTok Shop affiliate program from creator recruitment and commission structures through sample logistics, performance management, and gross merchandise value (GMV) growth.
• Manage affiliate economics, including creator acquisition costs, sampling costs, commission rates, and the performance of individual affiliates.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and develop repeat, long-term, or exclusive partnerships with the creators driving the majority of sales.
• Oversee creator relationships from initial outreach and qualification through contracting, product delivery, content production, payment, and performance review.
• Ensure creators receive clear briefs, expectations, timelines, feedback, and appropriate compliance guidance.
• Build an engaged creator community through ongoing communications, challenges, educational initiatives, and relationship management.
• Own claims compliance across creator content and maintain clear guidance on permitted and restricted product claims.
• Ensure appropriate Federal Trade Commission (FTC) material-connection disclosures and platform-specific policy compliance across creator partnerships.
• Secure usage rights and TikTok advertising authorization, including Spark Ad codes, as part of the initial partnership process.
• Establish systems for reviewing, categorizing, managing, and distributing creator-generated content according to its highest-value commercial use.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Creative, Marketplace, Email Marketing, and E-commerce teams to maximize the value of creator content across advertising, marketplace listings, email, and brand channels.
• Translate organic and paid performance insights into stronger creator briefs and more effective content strategies.
• Manage external consultants, content agencies, and other creator-marketing vendors, including scope, quality, cost, and decisions around bringing capabilities in-house.
• Own the influencer marketing technology stack and evaluate platforms such as SARAL, Modash, Lefty, or comparable solutions based on discovery, outreach, relationship management, and reporting needs.
• Coordinate with Supply and Operations teams to ensure creator product kits are delivered accurately and on time.
• Oversee creator invoicing and payment workflows, ensuring submissions are accurate, approved, and processed efficiently.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce scalable workflows, automation, documentation, and process improvements.
• Manage the creator and sampling budget and reallocate resources between seeding and affiliate activities based on performance and return on investment.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators covering affiliate GMV, cost per usable content asset, branded search and marketplace impact, and content throughput against quality standards.
• Track outreach, response and approval rates, creator acquisition costs, content delivery, engagement, reach, conversions, and return on investment.
• Produce clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the Growth team and company leadership.
• Analyze performance by creator profile, product, platform, partnership structure, outreach approach, and content format.
• Maintain a structured testing roadmap covering outreach messaging, incentives, creator segments, partnership models, and content approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator affiliate marketing, or a closely related discipline, including ownership of an end-to-end program with commercial accountability.
• Hands-on experience operating a TikTok Shop or comparable creator affiliate program, with responsibility for gross merchandise value (GMV) or revenue performance.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environments, ideally within health and wellness, beauty, or another regulated consumer category.
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring team members and improving their performance and output.
• Experience managing external agencies, consultants, or vendors, including setting expectations, managing quality, and evaluating when capabilities should be brought in-house.
• Strong experience structuring and negotiating both flat-fee and performance-based creator partnerships.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use campaign data to influence decisions, optimize performance, and allocate resources.
• Demonstrated experience building or deploying AI or automation workflows that have measurably increased operational throughput.
• Experience with brand-owned organic social channels and an understanding of how creator content and owned content can complement each other.
• Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and platform-specific product-claim policies within regulated categories.
• Experience collaborating with Paid Media and Creative teams to transform creator content into performance advertising.
• Familiarity with securing advertising authorization and managing creator content rights.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms such as SARAL, Modash, Lefty, or equivalent tools.
• Experience managing creator programs across multiple brands, products, or categories is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or subject-matter experts as creator or brand partners is an advantage.
• Understanding of paid social creative testing and direct-response marketing principles.
• Strong commercial judgment, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with close involvement in execution.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to create clarity, establish accountability, and develop team members.
