I’m currently working with an established and growing iGaming business looking to add an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to their team in Malta.
The main focus for this hire is the Canadian market, so I’m particularly interested in speaking with people who have strong knowledge of the Canadian iGaming and affiliate landscape, including experience working across different provinces, regulatory environments and acquisition channels.
📍 Sliema, Malta – Hybrid
💰 Up to EUR 57,000 + 20% annual bonus
🌍 Up to 6 months remote working per year
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing relationships with affiliate partners across Canada and other international markets
- Identifying and onboarding new affiliates while continuing to grow existing partnerships
- Negotiating CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid commercial agreements
- Analysing affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversion and ROI
- Identifying opportunities to scale successful partnerships and acquisition channels
- Working across different traffic sources including SEO, PPC, social, email and other performance channels
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying new opportunities within the Canadian market
- Working closely with internal marketing, commercial and analytics teams
- Attending relevant industry events and developing relationships with new partners
What they’re looking for:
- Strong iGaming affiliate marketing experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian iGaming market
- Experience working with Canadian traffic and affiliates across multiple acquisition channels
- Existing relationships within the Canadian affiliate ecosystem would be a major advantage
- Good understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid commercial models
- Experience analysing affiliate performance and making data-driven decisions
- Crypto iGaming experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience working across multiple international markets and regulatory environments
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
