This is a hands-on role owning digital performance across the Nordics in a complex B2B environment.
You’ll plan, execute and optimise multichannel campaigns across paid, SEO, social and ABM — with one goal: deliver high-quality pipeline, not just leads.
You’ll work across internal teams and agencies, turning business priorities into performance-driven media plans and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end campaign strategy across the Nordic region
- Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO + ABM working as one system
- Media planning, budget allocation and ROI
- Day-to-day channel performance and optimisation
- Structured testing and experimentation frameworks
- Agency management and accountability
- Clear reporting tied to pipeline and revenue

- Strong hands-on across paid, SEO and ABM
