No sales experience? Apply anyway.
If you’re curious, competitive and good with people, we can teach you the rest. You don’t need a long CV or a formal cover letter. A few lines about yourself or a short video telling us why you want this job is enough.
Why this is a great first sales job
Most entry-level sales jobs mean selling generic software to people who don’t care. Here, you’ll talk every day to pilots, flight instructors and flight school owners across Asia, an industry that’s growing fast and is genuinely fun to be part of. You’ll even get the chance to go flying with one of our pilots on the team.
You’ll learn sales from the ground up: finding prospects, opening conversations, qualifying, and booking meetings that turn into real deals. You won’t be thrown in the deep end. You’ll get:
- A structured onboarding programme and our sales playbook.
- Weekly 1:1s with Lukas, plus regular call reviews and coaching.
- Clear goals, so you always know how you’re doing.
- A front-row seat to how a global SaaS company grows.
“I’m looking for someone hungry to learn. If you put in the work, I’ll put in the time to make you great at this.”
Lukas Skjødt, Sales Manager
Travel and rewards
You’ll be at the front of our push into Asia, one of the fastest-growing markets for flight training. That means joining trade shows, customer visits and industry events in places like India, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines.
Hit your targets and you’ll be in the running for our Presidents Club trip, where our top sales performers are rewarded with a trip together.
What you’ll do
- Outbound prospecting: Reach out to flight schools across Asia by email, phone and LinkedIn.
- Meeting generation: Book an average of two qualified meetings per day for our Account Executives.
- Pipeline management: Keep an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot.
- Lead qualification: Qualify leads, follow up and hand them over to the Account Executive team.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging for Asian markets.
- Travel: Represent FlightLogger at customer visits and events in Asia.
- Reporting: Keep your activity and results up to date in our dashboards.
Who you are
- Hungry to start a career in sales.
- Coachable, self-driven and resilient when you hear “no”.
- A strong communicator in English, both spoken and written.
- Energised by creating your own opportunities.
- Happy to travel, and flexible about early mornings to match Asian time zones.
- Curious about CRM and sales tools. HubSpot experience is a plus, but we’ll train you.
How we measure success
- Qualified meetings booked per day
- Qualified leads created per week
- Conversion rate from outreach to demo
- CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
