Playbook Direct is currently looking for Sales Associates to join our growing team.
You don’t need previous sales experience. We provide full training, so this could suit someone looking to start a career in sales, someone with customer service or retail experience, or someone simply looking for their next opportunity.
The Role
You’ll be working directly with customers, representing well-known UK brands across retail locations, events and pop-up environments throughout Greater Manchester.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers and building a good rapport
- Introducing customers to products and services
- Answering questions and providing information
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Taking part in regular training and coaching
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve results
This is a face-to-face role, so you’ll need to enjoy meeting and speaking with different people.
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to people from a range of backgrounds. Previous experience in sales isn’t essential.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles would be useful, but full training is provided.
