Sales Assistant

Position Overview

Full-time Sales Assistants are sought to join a dynamic retail team in Gozo, providing excellent customer service while helping shoppers find clothing and accessories that suit their individual style and needs.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will assist customers throughout their shopping experience, provide product information and styling advice, and help create a welcoming and positive in-store environment.
The role includes maintaining attractive store presentation and merchandise displays, processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and working closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Assistants will also be expected to maintain high customer service standards and contribute positively to the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Requirements
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in fashion and customer service.
Previous retail experience will be considered an advantage but is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Preference will be given to Maltese-speaking candidates. The ideal applicants should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, reliable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced retail environment.
