Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger's Affiliate team and help us take one of our category-leading products to its next stage of growth through partnerships that actually move the needle. As a Product Growth & Partnerships Manager, you'll own the affiliate growth strategy for one of our products. You'll combine data, product knowledge, and commercial thinking to identify growth opportunities, build high-impact partnerships, and turn insights into measurable business results while collaborating closely with Product Marketing and other marketing teams.

Your day-to-day

Own the affiliate growth strategy for one of Hostinger's products, identifying the highest-impact opportunities to drive sustainable customer and revenue growth.
Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and traffic quality, continuously optimizing strategies and prioritizing initiatives that create measurable business impact.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, working closely with key affiliates to unlock new growth opportunities and maximize long-term value for both sides.
Drive cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Product Marketing, PPC, Content, Influencer Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing Specialists to launch campaigns that support product and business goals.
Challenge the status quo by proactively identifying trends, testing new ideas, and bringing forward data-backed recommendations that improve affiliate performance.
Enable your team to succeed by setting clear priorities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the right initiatives are executed across markets and partner segments.
Represent Hostinger externally, building trusted relationships with strategic partners through meetings, industry events, and hands-on collaboration.
Be ready to work hands-on when needed (around 30-40% of your time) - direct communication with partners, data analysis, outreach, etc.

What will help you succeed

Experience building growth strategies, partnerships, or affiliate marketing initiatives.
Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to different audiences.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into business growth.
Ability to analyze performance data and confidently work with metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and traffic quality.
Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders and influencing decisions through data.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels and how they contribute to overall business performance.

Nice to have

Experience working with affiliate platforms or SaaS products.
Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or n8n.
Experience attending industry events or managing strategic partner relationships.

The Affiliate Product Growth team drives new billings across Hostinger’s product portfolio by building product-specific affiliate strategies and identifying growth opportunities. We work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Affiliate Account Managers to turn business priorities into growth initiatives. As a team, we align on priorities and budgets, share best practices, and focus our efforts where they can have the biggest impact.

Compensation

Competitive salary starting from €3,500 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
