ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced a Performance Marketing Manager - Digital Channels to drive profitable growth across Champion.com, marketplaces and key digital partners by managing performance marketing and retail media activities.
The role is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing campaigns, ensuring that media investments deliver measurable business results. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the position connects digital performance with sales, stock availability and commercial objectives.

YOUR IMPACT

• Define and manage the Performance Marketing strategy across DTC, .COM, marketplaces and digital partners.
• Develop annual, seasonal and campaign investment plans and allocate budgets across channels, markets and platforms, aligned with sales targets product priorities and key commercial moments.
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks across channels and campaigns.
• Manage Paid Media activities across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping, Display, Affiliate and Retargeting to drive qualitative traffic, conversion, acquisition and revenue growth.
• Plan, execute and optimize Retail Media and campaigns within marketplaces, and pure-player platforms.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and setup to activation, performance monitoring, optimization and evaluation.
• Manage relevant platform solutions, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, search advertising, display formats, onsite placements and audience targeting.
• Optimize media performance through data-driven decisions on budgets, bidding, targeting, audiences, products and creative formats.
• Manage agencies, media partners and advertising platforms, ensuring clear briefs and strong execution, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Develop performance reporting frameworks and dashboards, translating data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Align media activities with brand strategy, product launches, stock availability, commercial priorities and sales objectives and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, CRM, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Creative, Finance and Sales teams to drive digital growth.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to ensure performance campaigns have the required assets and remain consistent with brand guidelines.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or Retail Media, ideally within fashion, sportswear, footwear or consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing Paid Media campaigns for a DTC ecommerce business.
• Experience managing retail media campaigns within marketplaces, or pure-player platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Paid Media across channels
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics and relevant retail media tools. Ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
• Experience managing agencies, media budgets and external partners.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect media performance with sales, stock, margin and profitability.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, markets and external partners.
• Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented approach.

Remuneration
We offer a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) within a range between €50.000 and €65.000, based on skills, seniority level, and the alignment of the candidate’s profile with the role requirements.
Additional, accessory, or variable remuneration components will be defined at the contractual offer stage, based on the specific responsibilities and characteristics of the position.
