We exist to redefine how hair loss is treated through clinically backed, high-efficacy solutions, and our ambition is to become the most trusted global leader in natural, science-backed hair health.

Cross-functional collaborationPartner with retention, brand, influencer, CRM, and creative teams to drive LTV and brand growth
Share acquisition learnings across the organization to strengthen in-house capability, not just your own results
Communicate proactively: flag risks early, share progress proactively, and bring your reasoning when you advocate for a decision
