About The Role

As a Performance Marketer at SoScale, you own 4–6 client accounts end to end together with a junior. You set the in-account strategy, deliver against the monthly forecast and lead the daily work across paid channels.

This is not a role where you simply buy media or report channel ROAS. You connect media, creative, offers and the client’s wider marketing calendar to real business outcomes such as CAC, MER and contribution margin. You are the strategic partner the client trusts in the room — and the person who holds the number across your portfolio.

What You’ll Own

Account ownership & forecast delivery

• Own 4–6 client accounts end to end together with a junior.
• Build and defend monthly forecasts across spend, revenue, CAC and contribution margin.
• Break forecasts into daily expectations so risks and opportunities are visible early.
• Coordinate budget and pacing with email, SMS, product launches, promotions and inventory.
• Surface risks proactively — the client should never find a problem before you do.

Campaign strategy & performance optimization

• Architect campaign structures across Meta, TikTok, Google and other relevant channels.
• Own budget allocation, pacing, scaling and killing on a daily rhythm.
• Diagnose performance problems and turn data into clear actions.
• Connect media decisions to the client’s business economics, not just platform metrics.
• Make decisions independently and defend them with data.

Creative strategy & iteration

• Turn performance data into sharp creative briefs covering value propositions, angles, hooks, formats and concepts.
• Identify winners, “almost winners” and creative fatigue — then define the right next iteration.
• Know when to keep iterating within a winning concept and when the account needs a completely new story.
• Co-own the creative testing roadmap with Creative Strategy and lead with hypotheses, not preferences.

Offer engineering & peak planning

• Build and test entry offers, bundles, gifts with purchase, pack sizes and pricing.
• Match offers to channel, audience temperature and commercial context.
• Co-own the client’s marketing calendar and help engineer meaningful seasonal, cultural and product-driven peaks.
• Answer the question: “Why should someone buy this right now?”

Client communication & junior development

• Lead client conversations with clarity, proactive insight and a strong strategic narrative.
• Frame performance against the forecast and the business goal — not just last week’s ROAS.
• Set the standard for the junior on your accounts, give fast feedback and expand their ownership over time.
• Build trust by being calm when things break, sharp when stakes are high and decisive when data is messy.

Systems, tools & AI

• Use Meta, TikTok and Google with confidence and depth.
• Leverage AI for research, analysis, creative briefing, reporting and structuring work.
• Build repeatable workflows for testing, scaling, creative refresh and reporting.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within an agency or DTC/ecommerce environment.
• Can independently run and optimize paid media across Meta, with strong working knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Understands ecommerce economics and can reason across CAC, MER, contribution margin, LTV and inventory — not only channel ROAS.
• Can build forecasts, pace budgets and make commercially sound decisions under pressure.
• Has a strong point of view on creative performance and can translate data into actionable briefs and test plans.
• Communicates clearly with founders, CMOs and internal teams, and is comfortable leading client calls.
• Is structured, proactive and accountable — you bring solutions, not just problems.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Is based in Stockholm or can work regularly from our office at Kungsholmen.
• Already uses AI as part of your workflow — or is highly motivated to become great at it.
