We're looking for a Performance Activation Manager to execute integrated paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and metasearch for the TUI Nordics region. You'll turn strategy into hands-on execution, driving awareness, consideration, traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across every channel you touch.
Your scope covers one of our four Nordic markets, and you'll report to the Senior Performance & Activation Manager, working closely with the Performance Planning Manager on execution and local market alignment.

About The Job
- You'll execute integrated paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and metasearch, implementing platform-specific tactics across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and display inventory.
- You will monitor spend and performance against KPIs, moving budget between campaigns to maximize performance within agreed limits.
- You'll bring local market knowledge to ad copy and creative development, sharing platform expertise on formats, specs, and best practices, and feeding performance insights back to shape future creative.
- Performance analysis is a constant – you'll produce regular reporting, run keyword, audience, placement, and creative analysis and bring seasonal trends and competitor insight into team planning.
- You'll implement and manage automated bidding and optimization strategies across search, social, and programmatic, testing new approaches and sharing what you learn with the wider team.
- Close collaboration with SEO, content, e-com, planning, trading, and analytics teams keeps your paid activity aligned with the bigger picture – and you'll stay close to platform developments to bring fresh opportunities to the team.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, plus 2+ years in paid media with hands-on experience across at least one of: paid search, paid social or programmatic.
- Strong working knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), and programmatic advertising ecosystems.
- You're comfortable running campaign setup, management, and optimization across multiple platforms simultaneously, with proficiency in bid management tools and automated optimization strategies.
- An analytical mindset lets you interpret data and turn it into actionable insight – you're experienced with digital analytics, attribution modelling and performance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail keeps multiple live campaigns running smoothly at once.
- You bring energy, hunger, and ambition to everything you do – always looking for the next opportunity to test, learn, and grow in your role.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or e-commerce, platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DV360), and knowledge of dynamic creative optimization, metasearch platforms, and privacy regulations are all a plus.
