A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Business Activation Manager, you will steer strategic digital topics and drive commercial acceleration with a primary focus on our flagship Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, Kiehl's and Biotherm, across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. You will act as a digital point of excellence, empowered to future-proof our online business and mentor the team.

Lead the Nordic D2C e-commerce roadmap and P&L, accelerating brand turnover, digital sell-out, and market share across owned sites and key online accounts.
Manage and develop the OBM Graduate, coaching them on daily operational excellence, project ownership, and commercial execution.
Own brand storytelling on owned media, designing engaging on-site content journeys and coordinating CRM initiatives to drive long-term consumer retention.
Leverage digital analytics and media metrics to optimise traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend across online channels.
Collaborate with Media, Commercial, Supply Chain, and CRM leads to future-proof digital operations and ensure seamless product availability.

We Are Looking For

You bring strategic business maturity, storytelling conviction, and a collaborative coaching mindset. You bring:

D2C & Online Commercial Acumen: Proven track record driving digital turnover, managing e-commerce P&L metrics, and scaling direct-to-consumer platforms.
Brand Storytelling & CRM: Practical capability in curating website content, optimising user engagement, and driving CRM retention strategies.
People Leadership & Coaching: Ability to manage, mentor, and upskill emerging talent, setting clear direction and development pathways.
Digital Analytics: Robust capability in interpreting web metrics, consumer journey data, and digital marketing performance to drive sell-out.
Professional Communication: Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is an asset.
