As Nordic Marketing Manager, you will lead and coordinate marketing activities across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltics. You will work closely with local marketing teams, sales, internal stakeholders and our head office in Manchester, UK, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.
This role gives you responsibility for developing marketing activities that support business and sales objectives, while leading and supporting marketing colleagues across the Nordic markets. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and help shape how we develop our marketing initiatives across the Nordic markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate online and offline marketing activities across the Nordic markets.
- Lead and support a seven-person marketing team, working both on-site and remotely.
- Develop and execute the Nordic marketing plan, aligned with customer needs and business and sales objectives.
- Plan, create and manage communication and sales campaigns offline, across digital, email and social media.
- Drive SEO and use analytics and performance data to optimize activities and make informed decisions.
- Manage CRM and CMS projects.
- Coordinate and lead collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor performance and provide relevant insights and recommendations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or a similar field.
- Has at least five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably from a B2B environment.
- Has proven management experience and strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop teams working across different locations and markets.
- Has a strong commercial mindset, and knows how to connect marketing with sales and measurable business results.
- Is structured and combines strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution.
- Has experience across SEO, marketing analytics, CRM and CMS systems, with a strong understanding of how these work together to support business and sales objectives.
- Is proficient in English and Danish, both written and spoken. Other Nordic language skills are an advantage.
