Job Responsibilities
- Category Strategy & Launch Planning: Participate in product strategy and portfolio planning for AIoT large‑home‑appliance categories. Develop go‑to‑market strategies for the Nordic market, and drive cross‑functional execution across channel, marketing and service teams to deliver product launches.
- Business Target Delivery: Deliver annual, quarterly and monthly sales & profit targets for the product line. Take ownership of KPIs including sales volume, revenue, P&L performance, market share and inventory.
- Channel Stakeholder Management: Own day‑to‑day communication and relationship management with key Nordic channel partners. Deliver SO/SI targets for assigned accounts, drive new‑product onboarding, coverage planning and joint marketing initiatives.
- Channel Policy & Commercial Terms: Design differentiated channel policies tailored to individual channel characteristics. Continuously optimize commercial terms such as rebates and marketing funds. Define calculation logics for pricing tiers including quotation, selling price and promotional price, balancing interests between channels and partners.
- Sales Operation & PSI Management: Formulate monthly & quarterly delivery plans. Run weekly / monthly CPFR meetings with customers to align sales forecasting, promotion planning, order acquisition and delivery coordination. Manage product PSI (Purchase‑Sales‑Inventory), and take accountability for supply stability and inventory health.
- Business Risk Mitigation: Mitigate risks from channel inventory and price‑system erosion. Follow up on partner expense settlement and payment collection. Continuously update market intelligence to support business decision‑making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience within consumer electronics / home‑appliance industry, with proven background in GTM, Sales or Category Management.
- Hands‑on commercial‑negotiation experience, including annual contract negotiation and rebate‑structure design.
- Strong learning agility and communication skills; capable of quickly grasping business contexts and aligning cross‑functional teams for execution.
- High sense of accountability and independent thinking; able to identify business opportunities based on data and market realities.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English for effective communication with Nordic customers, headquarters and regional teams.
