About the Role

Trade is seeking a performance-minded, systems-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships as a measurable acquisition channel.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you'll own Trade's creator program end to end, across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever platform comes next. You'll turn our roasters, coffees, and customer insights into stories creators actually want to tell, hold the channel accountable to new-subscriber growth, not just reach, and partner with our brand team to ensure Trade’s voice stays consistent.

We're a small team, so this role is broad by design. You'll build the operating system, run the deals, and scale what works. It's an ideal role for a marketer who's equally at home optimizing creator payback and giving notes on a creator's first cut.

What You'll Do

Own and scale Trade's influencer and creator program across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, keeping partnerships tied to new-subscriber growth, CAC, payback, and retention goals
Build the creator operating system from the ground up: tiers, sourcing workflows, third-party tools, audience-fit scoring, outreach templates, deal structures (commission-based or flat fee), usage rights, tracking standards, and post-campaign readouts
Manage creator relationships end to end, from first contact through brief, contract, content review, tracking, payment, and long-term reactivation
Turn Trade's roasters, coffees, personalization, and customer data into creator briefs that give partners specific, useful things to say—whether that's a roaster's story, a brewing ritual, or the moment someone finds their perfect match
Grow our brand ambassador program and creator community with strategic programming that makes creators more invested in Trade over time
Manage budgets and pacing with rigor; spot performance risks early and shift spend toward the creators, formats, and offers showing the strongest signal
Use AI and automation to move faster and smarter across creator discovery, audience-fit scoring, outreach, briefing, trend mining, comment analysis, and reporting
Partner closely with paid social, brand design, lifecycle, editorial, and our coffee and roaster partnerships teams to turn creator content into a repeatable growth engine—including whitelisting and paid amplification of top-performing content
Stay current on creator marketing, platform shifts, AI tooling, and measurement so Trade keeps learning faster than the category
Oversee Trade’s influencer tech stack (social listening, creator sourcing, program execution and management) and identify gaps in measurement, as needed.

Confident holding a point of view on where the next dollar should go, and equally comfortable changing it when the data says otherwise
Flexible about scope—on a small team, the most useful marketer is the one who picks up what needs doing
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. You proactively flag risks, identify opportunities, and push for what you believe in
Curious about coffee (expertise not required—we'll get you there)

Required Experience

4+ years of experience managing influencer or creator partnership programs, ideally for a DTC, subscription, marketplace, or food and beverage brand
Experience managing paid creator budgets and negotiating deal structures, including flat fees, performance incentives, usage rights, licensing, and paid amplification
Strong command of CAC, payback, conversion, cohort quality, and the limits of attribution
A track record of briefing creators clearly and evaluating content before it goes live
Practical experimentation with AI tools to speed up sourcing, research, outreach, QA, or reporting (no engineering background required)
Strong project management skills—you can juggle creators, agencies, contracts, timelines, and internal partners without dropping threads
Experience in startup or high-growth environments

We're in our Midtown Manhattan office three days a week, with everyone together in person Tuesday through Thursday. NYC Base Salary Range
$90,000—$125,000
