Role Description The Livestream Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for hosting live selling sessions, presenting products clearly, and engaging with viewers in real time to drive sales and build brand loyalty. Day-to-day tasks include preparing product lineups, setting up livestream equipment, responding to audience questions and comments, and tracking sales performance during and after each session. The associate will also assist with in-store merchandising related to livestream events, gather customer feedback, and help refine future livestream topics and scripts. This position requires comfort on camera, a strong sales mindset, and consistent collaboration with colleagues to create compelling, conversion-focused live content.
Qualifications
- Strong on-camera presence and communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to engage audiences in real time.
- Sales and customer service experience, with the ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales during live sessions.
- Basic familiarity with livestream platforms, cameras, microphones, and lighting, or a willingness to learn technical operations quickly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to prepare product features, scripts, and promotional schedules for each livestream.
- Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfort working evenings or weekends as needed for peak viewing times and special promotional events.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, social media content, or live selling is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
