Join Zalando’s Creator Management team as a Lead Creator Management and help shape how we plan, activate, and scale influencer campaigns for our brand partners. We’re changing influencer marketing by building a high-performing network of creators who drive engagement and brand affinity.

As a Lead Creator Management - Influencer Projects , you will lead a team of up to 10 Creator Managers who manage influencer campaigns and brand ambassadorships for our brand partners. Moving beyond day-to-day administration, your focus will be on driving operational improvements, understanding rapidly changing social trends, and leveraging data to dictate how content performs. You will also oversee how creators are selected and onboarded, and ensure robust data reporting on creator performance. You’ll be a social-first native, deeply understanding what connects on channels like Instagram and TikTok to ensure our output is always high-impact.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Lead, Mentor & Empower Your Team: Act as your team’s biggest advocate. Manage and mentor up to 10 Creator Managers, handling professional development, 1:1s, and performance reviews. Set clear, ambitious goals aligned with ZMS and OCC objectives, empowering your team to execute while providing high-level strategic coaching.
Complex Project Leadership: Oversee the project pipeline and capacity planning for your team, ensuring that high-impact brand partner campaigns are delivered with excellence. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex brand partnerships.
Shape the Creator Ecosystem: Oversee our multi-tiered creator relationship strategy. Guide your team in selecting and managing creators across all tiers—from emerging talent to macro-creators—ensuring every partnership reflects Zalando’s values of diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability.
Define Core Processes & Frameworks: You’ll be responsible for working with the broader team to define and improve our core creator management processes and the performance management framework for creators.
Drive Operational Improvements & Innovation: Champion the evolution of our creator management processes. Identify operational inefficiencies, test new creator tooling, and collaborate closely with product and tech teams to optimize our ways of working and scale our B2B creator operations.
Drive Content Strategy With stakeholders Partner effectively with Creative Account Managers and Partner Consultants. Translate platform trends and consumer behavior into actionable strategy. Ensure the content our creators produce is culturally relevant, native to the platform, and highly engaging.
Analyse Performance & Champion Engagement Testing: Leverage insights from multiple data sources for performance reporting against strategic goals. You will heavily champion engagement testing, running experiments to validate what content resonates best across different creator tiers, and turn campaign post-mortems into repeatable process changes.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

You bring 7+ years of relevant work experience within fashion, lifestyle, or influencer marketing, coupled with proven people leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
You have experience directly managing and developing a team, including hiring, performance reviews, and mentoring.
You have a deep understanding of the creator economy and possess an analytical eye for great content; you know how to build strategies across varying creator tiers.
You have a deep understanding of social platforms and experience working with product teams to develop front-end and back-end tools for creators.
You have experience developing comprehensive creator strategies, ongoing education and incentive models, as well as working directly with brands.
You excel at driving operational improvements, are comfortable experimenting with creator tools, and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You have exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with keen attention to detail to ensure projects are completed on time and in full.
You are an articulate communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across teams (fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus).
You possess a growth mindset and are eager to learn and develop new skills in the fast-paced e-commerce landscape.
You have a strong interest in fashion, sport, and/or beauty.
