We are a small boutique agency dedicated to the best games in the world: trading card games. Whether it's building team orgs, running events or producing broadcasts, we’ve done it all. These days, we are focused on live broadcast productions of TCGs across Europe, including but not limited to Pokémon, Riftbound, Cyberpunk, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic the Gathering. We live and breathe TCGs and, alongside our vision of making TCGs more publicly known, we strive to excel in live broadcast productions to provide both new and seasoned viewers with the best possible experience. Our ultimate goal is pushing these broadcasts beyond current League of Legends standards in the long-run.
In order to achieve this, we are looking to complement our team with an Executive Broadcast Producer to take end-to-end ownership of our large-scale international esports productions. Here’s what you will likely end up doing:
- Production Leadership: Own the full production process for international esports events, from initial planning and budgeting through rehearsals, live delivery, load-out, and post-production evaluation
- Project Management: With a direct reporting line to the CEO, own, build and manage production timelines, budgets, responsibilities, and dependencies while keeping internal teams, clients, and external partners aligned throughout the project
- Vendor Management: Brief, coordinate, and lead turnkey production vendors, broadcast suppliers, venues, staging partners, and other external production teams
- Client Management: Act as the senior production contact for our clients, translate their requirements into executable production plans, and proactively manage expectations around scope, budget, timing, and feasibility
- Broadcast Oversight: Maintain a strong understanding of broadcast and streaming workflows and work closely with Technical Directors, Engineers, and vendors to ensure reliable, scalable, and resilient production setups
- On-Site Leadership: Take overall production responsibility on site, coordinate departments and vendors, establish clear escalation paths, and make confident decisions when unexpected issues arise
Beside knowing how to shuffle properly, here are the skills or experiences we are trying to pull from a talent booster pack:
- Extensive experience in senior-level live, broadcast, esports, sports, or gaming production
- Proven experience delivering complex international events
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience managing large production budgets and external vendors
- Solid understanding of professional broadcast and streaming environments without needing to be an engineer yourself
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Calm under pressure, highly decisive, structured, and solution-oriented
- Strong sense of ownership and commercial awareness
- High willingness to travel internationally and work weekends during production periods
- Fluent business English
- German at B2 level or higher
- Interest in or experience with Trading Card Games is a big plus
What we offer for trade:
- 32-hour work week at full competitive salary
- Full remote work from Germany in between shows
- Flexible working hours
- BahnCard 50
Fair warning: event production often means working weekends and traveling internationally, trains will occasionally betray you, and there is a realistic chance that part of your salary will end up in booster packs.
