We now have an opportunity for a Junior eCommerce Manager to join the French team. We are searching for someone with growing experience in direct-to-consumer to support our DTC trading and growth strategy in the region.
As Junior eCommerce Manager you will report into the Senior Director. You will support the trading of the DTC business for our Shark and Ninja brands on a day-to-day basis. Working alongside a team of digital experience managers and performance marketing specialists, plus supported regionally by the global centres of excellence, your task is to help us grow sales as part of our very ambitious growth strategy in the region.
What You Will Do
- Support the French D2C eCommerce team and eCommerce Manager in implementing the merchandising, trading and growth strategy to support our growth ambitions in market
- Work with wider cross-functional teams in the region to help ensure accurate and up-to-date forecasts, stock allocation and demand signalling
- Support execution of the trading plan focused on maximizing gross margin and forecast attainment across assigned product categories, considering market dynamics, customer value perception, and competitor pricing Help maintain a promotional calendar combining pricing details, website discounts, additional influencer discounts, etc.
- Support activities to improve product visibility, placement, and cross-selling opportunities across the e-commerce platform and marketplaces
- Analyse market trends, pricing data, sales performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to help identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Assist in managing forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Report on sales performance, CS KPIs, gross margin and forecast attainment in key product categories, analysing & presenting data and insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with and support members of the regional/global D2C eCommerce team, helping to embed best practices and process improvements as appropriate
What You Will Have
- Some experience in D2C eCommerce within the French market
- Good understanding of e-commerce sales strategies with an interest in driving profitability
- Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret data to support informed business decisions
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization
- Experience working with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple teams
- Enjoy working in a demanding and fast-paced multi-cultural environment where teamwork and collaboration is key Fluent in both French and English required
