Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, own and scale influencer partnerships for Hang Eleven. Build relationships with creators, drive brand awareness, and turn influencer marketing into a measurable revenue channel.

We're looking for an ambitious Influencer Manager to take ownership of our influencer partnerships, build meaningful relationships with creators, and play a key role in driving our next phase of international growth.
What you'll do
- Creator sourcing: Identify, approach, and recruit relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Partnership management: Own influencer collaborations end-to-end, from outreach and negotiations to contracts, content delivery, and reporting.
- Revenue growth: Build and scale an influencer and affiliate programme focused on measurable sales and ROI.
- Relationship building: Develop long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors who genuinely align with Hang Eleven.
- Campaign execution: Coordinate product seeding, paid collaborations, gifting campaigns, and creator activations.
- Performance optimisation: Track creator performance, affiliate sales, engagement, and ROI to identify opportunities to scale.
- Market expansion: Help grow our influencer presence in key markets, particularly Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and the creator economy.
- Commercial mindset with experience driving measurable revenue through creators.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Experience with influencer or affiliate platforms such as Upfluence is a plus.
- Creating content on your own socials is a plus.
- Fluent English required; German or Dutch is a strong advantage.
