Solar Eclipse New York is looking for an exceptional, commercially driven Head of TikTok Shop & Social Commerce to build TikTok Shop into a major revenue channel for our rapidly growing global accessories and lifestyle brand.

This is not a traditional social media role. We are looking for someone who understands social commerce, creator affiliates and performance marketing and is excited by the opportunity to build and own a channel from the ground up.

As the brand continues its rapid growth, we believe TikTok Shop has the potential to become one of our most important direct-to-consumer channels.

The Opportunity
You will have ownership of building and scaling Solar Eclipse's TikTok Shop business, working directly with the founders and our wider e-commerce, creative, product and operations teams.
Your mandate is simple: build TikTok Shop into a significant, profitable revenue channel.
You'll have access to an enormous pipeline of highly visual, giftable products, frequent new launches, strong inventory availability, an established brand and the ability to aggressively seed products to creators.
We're looking for someone who sees the opportunity to create a multimillion-dollar social-commerce business and wants the autonomy to make it happen.

What You'll Own

Develop and execute the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy.
Own TikTok Shop GMV, profitability and channel P&L.
Build and manage a large-scale TikTok affiliate program.
Identify, recruit and develop relationships with high-performing TikTok Shop creators.
Build an aggressive creator sampling and product-seeding program.
Manage creator outreach, negotiations, commissions and ongoing relationships.
Identify emerging hero products and rapidly scale winning SKUs.
Develop strategies around launches, promotions, bundles and TikTok-exclusive opportunities.
Work closely with our creative team to generate a constant pipeline of high-converting content.
Identify winning organic and affiliate content and scale it through paid amplification.
Manage and optimize GMV Max and TikTok Shop advertising.
Develop LIVE shopping as the channel grows, including hosts, programming and offers.
Analyze performance at the SKU, creator and content level.
Work with our operations team to forecast inventory requirements around viral products and campaigns.
Test aggressively, learn quickly and continuously improve the economics of the channel.
Build the internal TikTok Shop team as the business scales.

Who We're Looking For
You are deeply commercial, highly analytical and genuinely obsessed with TikTok Shop.
Ideally, you have:

Direct experience operating and scaling a meaningful TikTok Shop business in the U.S.
A demonstrated track record of materially increasing TikTok Shop GMV.
Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop affiliates and creator commerce.
Experience recruiting and managing creators at scale.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop advertising and GMV Max.
Experience with creator seeding and sampling programs.
Strong understanding of conversion, CAC/ROAS, affiliate commissions, contribution margin and e-commerce economics.
The ability to identify winning products and content quickly from data.
Experience within beauty, fashion, accessories, gifting, lifestyle or another highly visual consumer category is strongly preferred.
A bias toward experimentation, speed and execution.
Most importantly, we want someone who has actually done this before.
We're less interested in years of experience or traditional credentials than we are in what you've built. If you've helped take a TikTok Shop from an early-stage channel to hundreds of thousands-or millions-of dollars in monthly GMV, we want to hear about it.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, we want TikTok Shop to have evolved from an emerging opportunity into a material, scalable and profitable revenue channel for Solar Eclipse New York.
You will have built a substantial affiliate creator network, established repeatable creator-seeding and content systems, identified multiple hero products and developed the infrastructure needed to scale the channel significantly further.
