We’re looking for someone to take LS Direct to the next level.
Lernberger Stafsing is an independent Swedish Beauty House within premium haircare, skincare and bodycare.
For the past 15 years, we have built a strong brand, exceptional products and a growing international business.
We are looking for a Head of DTC & Growth to take ownership of our direct-to-consumer business and connect the dots on the customer's journey.
This is a hands-on role. You will be close to the numbers, the customer, the creative work and the decisions – working directly with our founders, management and creative team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for the full digital customer journey, from acquisition and first visit to conversion, repeat purchase and loyalty.
You will:
- Own DTC sales, budgets, forecasts and growth targets
- Drive and optimise performance marketing, with Meta as a key channel
- Take ownership of Shopify and continuously improve conversion, merchandising and the customer journey
- Develop landing pages, bundles, offers, upsell etc.
- Drive CRM and retention through Klaviyo – flows, segmentation, campaigns and repeat purchase
- Test and develop creatives, messages, landing pages and offers
- Lead and challenge external agencies and partners
- Explore new channels, technologies and AI tools that can improve the way we work and grow
WHO ARE YOU?
You have 2-5 years of experience from DTC, e-commerce or a consumer brand and know what it takes to grow a digital business.
Experience from beauty, fashion, lifestyle or another premium consumer category is a strong plus.
You know your way around Shopify, Meta and Klaviyo, but more importantly, you understand how everything connects:
Traffic → Creative → Conversion → AOV → Retention → LTV → Profitability
You are commercially minded and analytical, but you also understand brand and creative.
You can spot what isn’t working, understand why and do something about it.
You enjoy testing new ideas, learning quickly and improving continuously. You take initiative and are comfortable making things happen without a large organisation around you.
