Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Global Social Media Senior Manager to lead KIKO MILANO's global social media strategy and enhance brand desirability, engagement and growth across all owned social channels.
Reporting directly to the Global EVP Brand Communications & Media, Social & Media within the Global Brand function, this role will be responsible for defining and executing KIKO's global social media strategy, ensuring a consistent yet locally relevant brand presence across international markets. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, creative excellence and strong business acumen to strengthen brand awareness, support product launches, accelerate community growth and maximize engagement across key platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok.

In particular, you will:

• Define and continuously evolve KIKO MILANO's global social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, commercial and marketing priorities while driving brand relevance, engagement and organic growth.
• Lead the development and governance of the Global Social Media Editorial Calendar, defining content priorities, storytelling approaches and social-first strategies for product launches, collections and key brand initiatives.
• Identify consumer insights, cultural trends and platform opportunities to strengthen KIKO's relevance and visibility across key and emerging social platforms.
• Partner closely with Content Development, Creative, Brand Marketing and Product Marketing teams to ensure the delivery of engaging, high-performing and platform-relevant content.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging and visual identity across all global social media channels.
• Define and continuously evolve Global Social Media Guidelines, ensuring effective governance and best-practice sharing across markets.
• Collaborate with local teams to support the successful adaptation and execution of global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Define KIKO's creator and user-generated content strategy, leveraging creators and communities to amplify launches, hero products and key brand moments.
• Partner with PR, Influencer Marketing, agencies and external partners to ensure an integrated and impactful creator ecosystem.
• Define social creative requirements supporting paid media activities and oversee content amplification initiatives to maximize reach, engagement and community growth.
• Monitor channel, campaign and content performance, transforming data, audience insights and market trends into actionable recommendations and optimization opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop the Global Social Media team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement.
• Manage agency relationships, budgets and resources, ensuring operational excellence and effective cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Digital, E-commerce, Retail and Media teams.

What you will need to succeed

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications, with increasing strategic responsibilities.
• Strong experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle industries, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the creator economy.
• Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, planning, and project management skills.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic and forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of evolving social platforms, emerging consumer behaviors, and digital trends.
• Fluent in English; Italian is considered a plus.
