We are looking for a talented and ambitious Email Marketing & CRM Manager to take full ownership of our CRM, retention and customer lifecycle strategy.

With a focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia, we are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 75 professionals with 25 different nationalities based in Copenhagen at Holmen and Gramrode near Horsens.

What can you expect from the job?
You will take full ownership of our email, SMS and CRM strategy for our own webshop. Your focus will be on retention and customer lifetime value – from the first welcome flow, through the post-purchase journey, to loyalty and win-back. Analytical thinking is at the heart of the role: we sell across many markets and categories, so there is a large amount of customer and order data to work with, and your job is to turn it into decisions. You will report to our Senior Website Manager and work closely with the rest of the Website and our Content team to make sure your performance-driven approach is aligned with creative and brand messaging.
What do we expect from you?
- Own and develop our full flow setup in Klaviyo – welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back and VIP journeys.
- Execute our newsletter campaigns together with our Email Marketing Student Assistant, driving efficiency through the right send day, time and segment per market.
- Own the technical side of our set-up: the Shopify–Klaviyo integration, events and custom properties, profile and catalogue data, and the sending infrastructure behind it.
- Grow the size and the quality of our email and SMS list and develop other push channels as lifecycle channels, where it makes commercial sense.
- Turn a large data foundation into decisions – cohort and CLV analysis, segmentation, churn and repeat-purchase patterns across markets, categories and customer groups.
- Use AI where it pays off – personalisation that makes each send relevant to the individual customer, and analysis that takes you through large data sets to the patterns and cohorts we would otherwise miss.
- Own and report on email marketing KPIs as well as customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rate and retention.
- Take the lead on our loyalty program: how we build it, how we reward our customers and how we make it pay off.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle/retention marketing
- Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience with A/B testing and segmentation
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Klaviyo, including the technical set-up
- Basic understanding of Shopify and how customer, order and product data flows between Shopify and Klaviyo
- Experience working with large data sets, and confidence in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards
- Strong AI skills – you use AI to work with large data sets, build analyses and challenge your own conclusions
- Proven track record in building and optimizing flows and customer journeys
- Experience with post-purchase and retention initiatives, and a commercial understanding of customer lifetime value
- Experience with loyalty programs is a strong plus
- Experience with SMS, Whatsapp and/or other push channels is a plus
- Fluent in English – additional European languages are a plus
- Passion for sports is a plus
