About The Role
Within our BNLX team we are opening an attractive position in Trade Shopper Marketing for the Benelux Online with customers like Bol.com and Coolblue. In this role, you will drive growth across the most important online retailers in the Benelux, including Bol.com, Coolblue and Joybuy. You will shape the online shopper journey through content, retail media, promotions and category growth initiatives, helping Versuni win where consumers increasingly choose to shop.
You will be part of the Benelux Trade Shopper Marketing team. You are working in a network of various stakeholders mainly based in Eindhoven and Amsterdam (e.g., Marketing, Trade Shopper, Key account managers, Marketing managers, Logistics, Finance). In this role you will report to the Trade Shopper Marketing Lead in district North.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Create, implement and evaluate the year-round Trade (Shopper) Marketing plans, in close cooperation with the Key Account Managers in the Online channel;
- Develop and/ or sharpen the category visions based on shopper profiles from retailers and Philips brands;
- Lead retail media planning and activation with key online retailers.
- Analyze retail media performance and translate insights into growth opportunities.
- Drive ROAS, conversion and category growth through data-driven activation strategies.
- Act as a category growth partner for our customers by identifying shopper, category and performance opportunities.
- Manages performance of Promotional spend, within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for multichannel activation;
- Interacts with direct Trade Shopper Marketing colleagues within the Benelux organization and the North European Trade Shopper Marketing team. Inspire and share best practices.
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll combine a customer-centric mindset with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving online growth. We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Retail Media, or a related commercial function.
- Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, online retail dynamics, and digital performance drivers.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience collaborating effectively across functions, particularly with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Category Management teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. Fluent Dutch speaker as preferred profile.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with retail media platforms and solutions such as Criteo, Mabaya, or similar tools is considered an advantage.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
