We connect creators with the best of Etsy, fueling content that inspires discovery, celebrates Etsy sellers, and connects shoppers with products they’ll love. We collaborate closely with teams like Advertising Creative, Brand Strategy, Merchandising, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Legal to launch partnerships and optimize investment across the full funnel.
About The Role
We're looking for a Manager of Influencer & Creator Networks to grow Etsy's creator and affiliate network partnerships within our Creator Collective program.
In this role, you'll support the strategy, programming, and growth of Etsy's partnerships across affiliate and creator commerce platforms like LTK and ShopMy. You'll help manage a multi-million dollar investment portfolio, scale high-performing creator partnerships, and identify new growth opportunities that fuel creator reach, engagement, and revenue for Etsy.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Creator Collective and sits at the intersection of affiliate marketing, creator content, and paid media. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Product and Analytics, to test new partnerships, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on investment across the program.
The ideal candidate has extensive affiliate and creator commerce experience and a proven ability to launch and manage effective campaigns across platforms.
Availability
This hybrid role must be within commuting distance to our Brooklyn headquarters and available to work out of office as needed (we are typically in the office 2x per week).
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Support the strategy, growth, and performance of Etsy's creator and affiliate network partnerships, helping to manage the program portfolio
- Drive the creator campaign and programming strategy across our networks, working closely with our Brand Strategy, Advertising Creative and Merchandising teams
- Continuously optimize our partner mix, commission strategy, and investment allocation to scale high-performing creator partnerships
- Develop and test new promotional strategies, including creator incentives, gifting, and offers to drive engagement and acquisition
- Help evaluate and launch new creator and affiliate networks that unlock incremental growth, including emerging opportunities like Meta Affiliate and YouTube Affiliate
- Serve as a primary point of contact for network partners, managing day-to-day relationships and platform programming
- Collaborate internally with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to bring new partnership capabilities and integrations to market
- Monitor and report on network performance, collaborating with Analytics to measure creator performance, incrementality, and lifetime value to improve efficiency at scale.
- Partner with our in-house Advertising Creative and media teams to maximize the value of creator-generated content across paid media channels
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in creator, influencer and affiliate marketing, either in-house or at an agency or network
Deep knowledge of the creator commerce and affiliate landscape, including platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, Youtube Affiliates or similar partner networks
Strong understanding of creator economics, affiliate commission models, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive program growth
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partner relationships and execute high-performing campaigns that deliver positive ROI
Experience with the evaluation, launch, onboarding, and ongoing optimization of affiliate and creator network partnerships
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams
Well-organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Highly collaborative -- you thrive at building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and partners
