About the role
LAAGAM is an independent fashion brand based in Barcelona. We are hiring a Digital Growth Manager to own the growth and profitability of our DTC digital channel, from the first touchpoint to repeat purchase.
This is not an e-commerce maintenance role or a coordination-only manager job. You will own the numbers, set priorities and remain close enough to the tools to launch campaigns, analyse performance, build tests and unblock execution yourself.
You will report directly to the CEO, manage a Junior E-commerce Specialist and work closely with Creative Growth & CRM, Brand, Graphic Design, Merchandising, Finance, Operations and external developers.
Your mission
Build a scalable and repeatable growth engine that increases online sales without sacrificing profitability or brand positioning.
You will own the digital funnel end to end:
Awareness and acquisition → qualified traffic → conversion → repeat purchase and customer value.
Digital business and profitability
- Own the DTC digital plan, forecast and weekly performance review.
- Be accountable for net online sales and channel profitability, not only traffic or ROAS.
- Define and track contribution margin, CAC, MER/ROAS, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate and LTV.
- Translate performance into clear priorities, owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate pricing, promotions and market-level decisions with Merchandising and Finance.
- Ensure approved commercial decisions are implemented correctly across the web.
Acquisition and scalable awareness
- Own paid acquisition strategy, budgets, channel mix, campaign structure and efficiency targets.
- Progressively internalise paid-media management and reduce dependency on agencies.
- Build a high-velocity testing system with Creative Growth and Brand across UGC, paid creative, organic formats, hooks, landing pages and offers.
- Develop scalable sources of qualified traffic across paid social, search, SEO, lead generation, referrals and emerging discovery channels.
- Turn creative and channel data into sharper briefs and faster iteration.
E-commerce and conversion
- Own the CRO roadmap across homepage, landing pages, PLP, PDP, cart and checkout.
- Identify funnel friction through quantitative and qualitative data.
- Run tests on messaging, layouts, merchandising, offers, bundles and customer journeys.
- Work with the Junior E-commerce Specialist, Graphic Design and developers to ship improvements quickly.
- Improve the mobile experience, site speed, navigation, product discovery, conversion rate and average order value.
Retention and CRM
- Own the analytical and commercial side of CRM: segmentation, lifecycle strategy, flows, repeat purchase, churn and customer value.
- Work with Creative Growth & CRM and Graphic Design on campaign calendars, copy, creative and implementation.
- Build a retention roadmap that makes repeat purchase an increasingly important part of growth.
- Measure CRM incrementality and customer cohorts, not only attributed platform revenue.
Team, partners and technology
- Manage and develop the Junior E-commerce Specialist, setting clear weekly priorities and quality standards.
- Manage external developers and any remaining specialist partners against measurable outcomes.
- Own tracking quality, dashboards, integrations, marketplaces and the digital technology roadmap.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, reporting, research, creative iteration, experimentation and documentation.
What success looks like
- Online sales grow while contribution profitability improves.
- Acquisition becomes more scalable and less dependent on one channel or agency.
- The team ships more meaningful experiments and learns from them.
- Conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate and LTV improve through a prioritised roadmap.
- The digital scorecard, priorities and ownership are clear every week.
- The Junior E-commerce Specialist becomes a reliable owner of daily execution.
What we are looking for
- 5–8 years of experience in growth, e-commerce or digital roles in DTC, fashion, beauty, retail or another consumer brand.
- Evidence that you have owned online revenue and profitability, not only managed a single channel.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, paid social/search, GA4 or equivalent analytics, Klaviyo or similar CRM tools, and CRO or experimentation.
- Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how discounts, returns, media spend and gross margin affect contribution margin.
- Comfortable moving between strategy and execution: you can review a P&L in the morning and build or QA a landing page in the afternoon.
- Experience managing a junior team member and external agencies or developers.
- Professional English for international markets and partners.
- Based in Barcelona or able to work regularly from our Barcelona office.
What we offer
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Flexible schedule and partial remote work based in Barcelona.
- High responsibility and autonomy to lead the digital channel.
- The chance to join a high-growth phase of a fashion brand with international ambition.
- Young, dynamic and performance-driven culture.
- €40,000–€45,000 gross annual salary in 12 payments, depending on experience.
- 15% annual target bonus, subject to company results, individual KPIs and LAAGAM’s bonus policy.
- Direct reporting to the CEO and ownership of the digital business.
- Start date: as soon as possible.
