As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Digital Creative Lead to help shape how our brand comes to life across every digital touchpoint.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping Dagmar's digital brand experience and contribute to the next stage of the brand's international growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the execution and continuous development of Dagmar's digital brand experience across e-commerce, CRM, social media and campaign production. Working closely with Creative Director, Marketing, PR, E-commerce and Wholesale, you will translate brand strategy into best-in-class digital execution while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Dagmar's visual identity and commercial ambitions.

As part of a lean and fast-moving marketing team, this role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, balancing strategic thinking with content production across all owned digital channels.

Your responsibilities
You will own and develop Dagmar's digital brand experience across all owned channels while leading creative production from concept to execution.

Digital Brand Experience

• Own and develop Dagmar's digital brand experience across all owned channels.

• Translate brand strategy into engaging digital content and experiences.

• Ensure a consistent and premium visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
  Content & Campaign Production

• Lead the production of campaign assets across e-commerce, CRM, social media and paid marketing.

• Develop creative briefs and campaign toolkits for internal teams and external partners.

• Manage external creatives, photographers and production partners.
  E-commerce & CRM

• Own the visual execution of houseofdagmar.com and campaign landing pages.

• Create newsletters together with CRM.

• Continuously optimise the digital customer experience.
  Social Media

• Own the planning, publishing and optimisation of Dagmar's social channels.

• Develop platform-specific content while maintaining a consistent brand expression.

• Analyse performance and continuously improve content through testing and insights.
  Creative Production

• Lead e-commerce and content photoshoots.

• Oversee image selection, retouching and creative quality.

• Manage the organisation and distribution of digital assets across teams and partners.

We are looking for someone who combines exceptional creative judgement with outstanding execution.

You are curious, proactive and naturally take ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to bring together creativity and commercial thinking.

You have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• An exceptional visual eye and a deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
• Experience leading creative production across e-commerce, CRM and social media.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing photographers, retouchers, freelancers and other creative partners.
• Experience working across modern e-commerce, CMS and CRM platforms.
• Experience with Centra, Storyblok and Klaviyo is highly meriting.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro).
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows, with a genuine curiosity to continuously explore new ways of working.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship and brand building.
