We are currently looking for a Customer Value & Growth Manager, New Initiatives who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with CRM, Trading, Brand, Supply Chain, Data, Legal, Compliance and regional teams, your focus will be on taking new customer value initiatives from idea to live, with an initial focus on SMS, parcel inserts and mainstream lead generation. In this role, you will combine your commercial judgement and analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to building, testing and scaling new initiatives. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What You Will Do
- Own the development and growth of SMS as a revenue-generating channel, including consented audience growth, programme design, CRM integration, cadence and compliance.
- Own parcel inserts and offline lead generation initiatives end-to-end, from proposition and supplier selection through to fulfilment, customer capture, consent and measurement.
- Support the mainstream marketing team in building customer acquisition and retention journeys, connecting offline lead capture with CRM, Email and SMS programmes.
- Take new channels and propositions from opportunity sizing and business case through to hands-on build, launch, measurement, scaling and handover, using experiments to identify what works and when to stop.
- Work AI-first to prototype, automate and analyse wherever possible, while unblocking cross-functional delivery and documenting processes so successful initiatives can become business as usual.
What You Should Bring
- 3-5 years’ experience in growth, CRM, ecommerce, product, or a zero-to-one/new ventures environment, with a track record of personally delivering new initiatives.
- Strong project ownership and commercial judgement, with the ability to take an ambiguous opportunity from initial idea through to live delivery, build a business case and make clear decisions about whether to scale or stop.
- Hands-on experience with SMS or messaging, offline-to-digital customer acquisition, or similar customer growth initiatives, including an understanding of consent and compliance requirements, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and technical capability, including SQL or BigQuery, financial modelling, and the ability to use no-code/low-code tools, APIs, HTML/Liquid or light scripting to build prototypes.
- An AI-first, curious and proactive mindset, with practical experience using LLMs and automation to build, analyse and improve processes, combined with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
