Your Responsibilities
Provide support to Airwallet customers via email, chat, and phone.
Stay flexible and ready to jump in with ad-hoc tasks that help improve our workflows and elevate the customer experience
Assist the Sales team by offering technical expertise during the onboarding of new international partners.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to drive product improvements.
