The Role
We’re looking for a Creator Program Growth Manager to build and scale creator led growth as a meaningful acquisition channel for Atlys.
You’ll own the creator engine end to end, from finding and onboarding the right creators to designing incentives, improving activation and building repeatable programs that drive measurable customer growth.
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. It is a growth role for someone who understands creators as a distribution channel, thinks deeply about economics and experimentation, and can turn partnerships into a scalable growth system across India and international markets.
The Job
- Build and scale Atlys’ creator growth engine across India and international markets, using creators, affiliates, ambassadors and content commerce to drive customer acquisition.
- Own the creator lifecycle end to end from sourcing and onboarding to activation, engagement, incentives and repeat participation.
- Design and run growth experiments across creator segments, formats, offers and markets, identifying what works and scaling it quickly.
- Build high-leverage partnerships with creators, agencies, platforms and communities to unlock new distribution and demand.
- Own channel performance and economics by tracking acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and ROI, managing budgets and working closely with Growth, Product, Marketing and Operations.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll Likely Thrive In This Role If You
- Have 4-7 years of experience across growth, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliates or content commerce in a fast-growing B2C business.
- Have built or scaled a creator, affiliate, ambassador or content-led growth program with clear, measurable business impact.
- Understand the creator ecosystem deeply, including sourcing, incentives, partnership structures and what drives sustained creator participation.
- Are highly analytical and comfortable owning growth metrics, budgets, channel economics and experimentation.
- Are resourceful, structured and comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments, with the ability to turn early signals into repeatable growth engines.
