Know how to find the right creators, build strong relationships and turn a good partnership into results?

We’re looking for a Creator & Affiliate Manager to take ownership of creator partnerships across Happy Yolk’s clients — from paid campaigns and gifted collaborations to TikTok Shop affiliate programmes.

You’ll be someone who enjoys both the people and the performance side of the job. You know how to get a creator excited about a brand, write a brief that inspires good content and negotiate a partnership that works for everyone. You’re also interested in what happens next: did the content land, did people act on it, and what should we do differently next time?

Hands-on TikTok Shop affiliate experience is essential for this role, alongside experience managing wider creator or influencer partnerships.

The role
You’ll manage creator partnerships from initial research and outreach through to briefing, delivery and reporting. Some campaigns will focus on reaching new audiences or creating brilliant content. Others will have a clear sales objective through TikTok Shop. You’ll understand the difference and build the right approach for each.

You’ll work alongside our account, strategy, creative, production and paid media teams, bringing specialist creator knowledge into our client campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

Creator partnerships and campaigns

Find and recruit creators who make sense for each brand, audience and campaign.
Manage paid partnerships, gifted collaborations and creator content commissions across TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Own outreach, negotiate fees and deliverables, and coordinate contracts, usage rights and exclusivity.
Write clear, engaging briefs that give creators direction while making room for their own ideas and style.
Manage timelines, content reviews, approvals and posting schedules.
Build ongoing relationships with creators and talent managers, developing a network we can return to across campaigns.

TikTok Shop affiliates

Build and manage affiliate programmes around each client’s products, audience and commercial goals.
Recruit and onboard relevant affiliates, considering their content, audience fit and previous sales performance.
Coordinate product sampling with clients and operations teams, tracking samples through to published content.
Develop commission proposals, incentives and content ideas that encourage creators to post consistently.
Keep affiliates engaged with useful feedback, product updates and campaign opportunities.
Identify promising creators and build on the relationships and content that generate sales.

Performance and organisation

Set clear campaign objectives and track results against them, from reach and engagement to content delivery, conversion and sales.
Monitor affiliate performance, including active creators, posting rates, sales value, commission costs and sampling efficiency.
Keep creator pipelines, budgets and campaign trackers accurate and up to date.
Deliver clear reports that explain what’s working, what needs attention and what we’ll do next.
Share creator insights with our creative and strategy teams, and identify content with potential for paid amplification.
Communicate progress, recommendations and any delivery risks early.
Help develop the processes and tools that allow our creator offering to grow.

What we’re looking for

Practical experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programmes, with examples of the results you’ve helped achieve.
Experience delivering paid creator or influencer campaigns from outreach through to reporting.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
An understanding of what makes creators want to work with a brand and keep working with it.
Good creative judgement: you can recognise a strong creator fit and help shape content that feels natural to the platform.
Confidence managing budgets, fees, commissions and performance data.
Familiarity with creator contracts, content usage rights and advertising disclosure requirements.
Excellent organisation and follow-through across multiple campaigns or clients.
Confidence presenting recommendations and results to clients.
A proactive, collaborative approach. You bring ideas, ask useful questions and take responsibility for moving things forward.

It’s a bonus if you have

An established network of creators, talent managers or TikTok Shop affiliates.
Experience working in an agency across several client accounts.
Knowledge of TikTok LIVE or affiliate partner networks.
Experience commissioning creator content for paid social campaigns.
