We’re looking for a Creative Producer & Copywriter to shape and build the creative for our campaigns and activations — someone who can originate ideas, write compelling messaging, and get hands-on with production.

Your Role
Your job is to shape the creative that makes our campaigns impossible to ignore and our brand easy to remember. You’ll join KaffeK’s brand team, responsible for our brand identity, tone of voice, and the campaigns and activations that bring it to life — across our own brand, private label, and partner campaigns.
You combine creative thinking with a hands-on mindset. You know how to develop ideas that resonate with audiences, adapt them across channels, and create messaging that performs.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Concepts & Production
- Develop campaign ideas and activations that make new customers discover us and existing customers return
- Lead the creative production for paid social — from concept through execution and delivery of ad variations for testing and optimisation
- Work with internal specialists, freelancers, and agencies to bring campaigns to life
- Use AI tools for ideation and to accelerate creative execution
- Build modular creative frameworks and toolkits that enable consistent and efficient execution across channels
Copy & Messaging
- Own our tone of voice and write campaign hooks, headlines, and paid social copy
- Write copy for email and other activations utilizing AI tools to brainstorm and draft at pace
- Brief localization teams on tone, nuance, and intent
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in a creative role, in-house or agency-side. Experience in e-commerce or FMCG is a plus
- A conceptual thinker who loves the challenge of bringing big ideas to life across channels
- Experienced in crafting campaigns for paid social and email — with a strong understanding of what performs, and the hands-on skills to execute it (like video editing)
- You write copy that earns attention — from punchy hooks to emails and full campaign messaging
- You use AI tools as a natural part of your daily creative workflow
- Excellent written English — copy will be used in our English-speaking markets and as the basis for localization across the rest
