TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.
You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.
The Client Solutions team are responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.
In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our platform and our partners, moving beyond simple account management to become a trusted business advisor. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to analyze complex metrics and unique platform data, translating them into compelling narratives that maximize ROI.
By proactively monitoring campaign performance and aligning platform solutions with client marketing initiatives, you will exceed expectations and secure future investment.
- Client Excellence: build and strengthen client and agency partnerships across global stakeholders to drive shared business goals and long-term growth, partnering with Brand Partnerships Manager.
- Campaign Execution: lead full-funnel marketing campaign strategy and own execution, including planning, measurement solutions, reporting (QBR), and performance optimization.
- Product Go-to-Market & Adoption: serve as a trusted product consultant, educating partners on TikTok solutions, new features, and best practices, driving the adoption of our products, best practices while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.
- Strategic Insights, Data Analysis & Optimization: deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations through QBRs and executive updates to drive continuous improvement and client impact, demonstrating deep analytical expertise.
- XFN Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product adoption and innovation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
- Demonstrated experience with full-funnel digital marketing and measurement
- Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
- Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA), measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS), and Catalog management
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
- Fluent in Italian and English. High written and oral proficiency in Italian and English is required as this role will work with regional clients
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Previous experience in the Retail and Commerce industries, with a strong understanding of their dynamics and challenges
- Solid knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable media buying
- Results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proactive, with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts effectively for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in diagnosing and solving technical issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

【For Pay Transparency】 Italy Compensation Description (Annual) - TikTok
The initial gross annual salary for this position in the selected city is EUR 40422, paid pursuant to and inclusive of any relevant provisions of law and the National Collective Labour Agreement for employees of the Commercial Sector negotiated by Confcommercio.
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
